Ladolemono — Restaurant in Municipality of Kalamata

We decided to sit there because it was packed with people. We were lucky that it had a table and it was totally worth it.

The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations for dishes. The food came out quickly, it was nice and warm and the portions were pretty big for the reasonable price of each dish.

The food was phenomenal. If you are looking for a place to try traditional food Lafolemono is the place for you. All the ingredients are fresh and local and it adds to authenticity of the food. But if you want to try more alternative options but with still a touch of tradition Ladolemono is again the place for you!

I am definitely going back if I am ever coming to Greece again and of you are ever visiting Kalamata it is a must...

We chose them because they looked like a fast food joint and we had only 1 hour for lunch. We ordered a greek salad, country style potatoes, a beef steak, chicken tortilla, a beer and a Coke. The drinks were on the table in no time. After 30 minutes they brought us the salad and some french fries (not country style), no steak and no tortilla. We decided to leave and we were asked to pay for the steak and the tortilla also, because they were not even aware that the food was never brought to us. Their excuse was that aparently the steak needs a lot of time for cooking. We do not recommend if you are in a hurry, they are only fast with the deliveries, service at the table is...

Had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was delightful, with a cozy ambiance that instantly put me at ease. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were met throughout the evening.

The highlight of the meal was definitely the goat grilled cheese; it was absolutely delicious and left me wanting more. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lamb ribs. While they were flavorful, there was too little meat on the bones, leaving me wishing for a heartier portion.
