Kalymnos Village — Hotel in Municipality of Kalymnos

What can I say! I have just spent a week on Kalymnos island which is stunningly beautiful. Kalymnos Village is under new management run by Maria and Ken and I feel like I've known them all my life, I travel solo but as soon as I walked in I was amongst friends as Ken and Maria make it feel like one big family. I didn't want to leave. Everything is spotlessly clean and the view looking over to Telendros island is beautiful. Snacks are available at the bar and nothing is too much trouble. Pool is spotlessly clean as Ken is constantly cleaning it. Try the BBQ night you'll not be disappointed. Ken and Maria are also looking at hosting other themed nights including Chinese and Indian cuisine nights also traditional Greek. What a beautiful place. Under new management these apartments are fantastic. Ken and Maria are the best hosts you could wish for when you want a relaxing holiday. Everywhere is spotless, rooms have the best view across to Telendos, pool is kept immediately clean all the time. Its within walking distance of many bars and restaurants as well as the bus route to Pothia (beautiful place to visit), but also to the ferry to Telendos which takes about 10 minutes. We stayed for a week and i honestly could've stayed much longer. Ken and Maria also host bbq and curry nights, the food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Drinks readily available all day. No fighting for sunbeds and also a small walk to the beach. We will be back....

What an amazing place, an absolute gem with fabulous views across to Telendos Island. The rooms are absolutely beautiful all with stunning views. There is everything you need and lots more including great showers and very tastefully decorated. The pictures shown on the website haven't been updated yet, so the rooms are decorated differently. Kalmynos village is owned by new owners Ken and Maria and nothing is too much trouble. They work extremely hard to ensure you have a good stay and feel relaxed.
