Masouri Beach — Attraction in Municipality of Kalymnos

We really loved this beach during our stay. Some of it is crowded with sun loungers and beach bars but the far end (if you go down the stairs next to the Agean Tavern) is a little oasis. In the mornings it is very quiet and found a number of times we had the beach to ourselves. Massouri beach 🏝 is nice and long. I prefer the beach by or at Super Mario beach bar. I find the water much more clearer and there are sandbags where you can walk on and go into the water. There are some big and small stones in the water which can be uncomfortable to walk on so make sure to have or buy a pair of water-shoes in case of any glass or sea urchins etc. 🤗

Lovely beach, with rocks and pepples more and less at other points. Clear water, the telendos island is beatiful and helps to keep the water calm. There are lots of sunbeds that are free for bar customers, watch out for the rude guy with fake leather - like lilac sunbeds. He was so offended by us when we wanted free beds and food instead of his 10e beds, that he kept yelling at us after that. Amazing place even though...
