Very pretty hotel in a really great location. We booked two lower floor apartments. We did call ahead of our booking to explain we needed a travel cot and had a baby with us. Upon arrival which was around 10pm, our travel cot was not in the room and our ground floor room had steps down to it which really wasn’t accessible with the baby and pushchair. The hotel did quickly fix both of these things for us. We were able to move to a room without steps and cot was later bought to the room, unfortunately our parents couldn’t move room too though which was a shame as we were a group booking. The only other thing I was surprised about was to access the restaurant with our baby, there were only steps so this hotel is not suitable if you are a wheelchair user or have low mobility. We did carry the pushchair up the stairs a couple of times if our baby was tired. Apart from that, the hotel is very peaceful, the guys who work in the restaurant at the top were all lovely and made us feel very welcome. Big shout out to Aurelio for making so much effort with our baby! She loved seeing you at meal times. The little play park they have on site was really nice too. Our baby loved the swing and roundabout. The grounds are spotlessly clean! The pool was a great temperature, fresh when you first got in but quickly felt warm in the pool. You can also use inflatables in the pool. There were sun-beds available at any time of day. The location was perfect, about a 20 minute walk into Kos town or a quick bike ride. Very close to a supermarket too. The fridge in the room was a great bonus, as well as really strong air con for the hotter days. The food options are probably the smallest amount I’ve seen as an all inclusive and quite repetitive. They had chips, mashed potato, spaghetti bolognaise, pasta, chicken, a fish dish and lots of salad. So after a few days you do get a bit fed up of eating the same thing for lunch and dinner so we did eat out a bit. Given the hotel 4 instead of 5 due to the food being repetitive, not that warm and not many options as well as the accessibility for low mobility or people with pushchairs. Apart from that, I would stay again. Very honest review.

Great 3star hotel, about 20 min walk to Kos town, we stayed in a 1st floor apartment just by the tennis courts, the only thing to gripe about would be the food, it was all a bit of the same, there's a microwave at the end of the buffet you can use, if you like your food hot then get in there, if salads are your thing then your OK. Bar staff are always up for a laugh shame the waiters weren't, didn't think they really wanted to be there. The pool was a nice temp, we went at the beginning of May, you can hire cars and bikes looked cheaper then a lot of places I saw, I did forget my license so never got round to hire anything. The hotel mostly caters for German and Dutch guests, there were a few English, if you wanted to get away from your fellow English then it's not a bad place to start.I would stay again? Definitely. Enjoy.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are amazing. Will help as much as they can. There are a lot of steps up/down to the dining area. Food was freshly made with every meal. No pizza or chicken nuggets in sight :) There are a couple of shelves in which you can borrow or leave a book. Extra touch of ladies bits in the toilets which helps anyone who needs it. I booked all inclusive but this wasn't all inclusive. Malibu or Pina Coladas/cocktails were not free, neither was lattes, cappuccinos or ice creams. Tea, coffee in room but no milk. The receptionist organised a rental car for me. €40 for all day. Very reasonable. 10 minute walk to Lambi beach and 5 minute walk to closest shop. 3 star Hotel? No, I'd definitely give this a 4 star.

We stayed at the hotel during high season for 12 days. Overall, the hotel met our expectations, and we were happy with our stay, only with some minor things that could be better.||First of all, we really liked the visuals. The hotel looks fantastic, especially the garden. You can see people taking care of the grass, plants and paths every day, very thoroughly. They even keep a couple of budgies in the back that are being taken care of nicely. Also, the hotel has a pretty nice location - about 800m from a nearest beach (10 mins walk), and about 2 km from the city centre (25 mins walk). No need to take extremely overpriced taxis or unreliable buses.||The second thing to mention was the food. The hotel offers you a variety of both local and continental food, with plenty to choose from. If you are into local dishes - like we are - you will be satisfied. Some days the chefs make a speciality evening - fresh pizzas, gyros and souvlaki are served. The fruits and veggies are fresh every day. I think the only bad thing to mention here is that while most of the food was constantly being re-supplied, the desserts usually were not, or not completely, so we had to be either quick or lucky to get to try out everything. But, we still had always some desserts to choose from.||Also, we found the staff very nice. Every time we needed help with something, there were no issues whatsoever. Also the cleaning ladies did their job very thoroughly and cleaned the rooms every day properly. They coordinated each other using intercoms, which was quite interesting to see.||As mentioned, there were a couple things we thought could be better. This is not necessarily a critique of the hotel, but rather some honest suggestions. Let's start with the rooms. During our stay, we first received a standard room (bungalov double) all the way in the back of the garden. While the room was still nice and there was nothing explicitly wrong with it, you could tell the furniture, including the bed, is a bit outdated. Especially the bathroom really needed some renovations. After we were offered to change rooms because of some organisation issues with other guests, we received a "superior double" room, which was smaller, but incomparably better. It would be great if all rooms were like that - not necessarily with the equipment, but at least with the state of the furniture.||Another thing that we wished would be better was the bar. For us, it was way too loud at night, up to the point that general conversation at the bar was not possible because of the loud music, and our heads started to hurt quickly. The only way to enjoy a drink was to sit far away from the bar, which was a shame. I think the music could and should be quieter, like in other hotels we visited.||When it comes to the food, it was almost all good as I said, except the lunch baskets. We did not enjoy these at all. For 2 people, we got 2 small dry sandwiches, an apple and an orange. It would be much better if we were asked about what we wanted, or at least given the opportunity to choose from some list. If at least the sandwiches had butter in them or a piece of cucumber.. ||Overall, these were not major problems for us, and we don't think that this should discourage you from staying here. We will definitely consider coming back here...

We recently enjoyed a week stay at this hotel and felt completely at home from the minute we arrived. The staff were very friendly, one particular lady on reception (I didn’t catch her name) was so helpful every single day and greeted us as if we were family.||Pros:|Fantastic location, only a couple of minutes walk to a big supermarket, 5 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to lots of bars and restaurants close to Kos town and around 20 min walk to Kos harbour. |Fabulous, friendly & helpful staff|Mostly clean particularly the bedrooms|Nice pool area, enough sun beds although quite a lot are in the shade.|Music was good by the pool each day and the volume suited us.|The rooms are big, balcony was lovely and shower was great too. Our room was very quiet and we didn’t struggle with any noise at night from the bar at all (and I am a light sleeper!)|Food in the evening was hot every day, tasty and there were enough options to cater for everyone. |The outdoor gym is great with fantastic far reaching views whilst you work out. It’s open from 7am too which works well before breakfast.||Improvements:|The desserts were disappointing.|There was very little option for snacks in between meals apart from biscuits at 11am. This is unusual for an all inclusive hotel, by 7pm we were starving. Dinner is only served between 7pm - 9pm this is a very limited time slot meaning if you have plans to go out you only have a 2 hour window to eat at the hotel, would be good if this could be extended to 6:30pm - 9:30pm maybe. |Sometimes breakfast items were limited particularly if you were towards the end of the breakfast time. |Sometimes bins in the communal areas were overflowing.|Despite some of the reviews on here, people do go down to put towels on sunbeds early in the morning. It can be difficult to get ones in the sun unless you go down early too.||All in all we had a very lovely and homely stay. We enjoyed our time and would return again in the future. The above suggestions would simply make the hotel even better but people should not be put...
