Joanna Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Malevizi

We have just arrived in Joanna for the first time although we've stayed in the Agia Pelagia area before in hotels on an all inclusive basis. We wanted something convenient and flexible. This set of apartments is very close to ideal. First of all, it is extremely close to the beach, stores, restaurants and also taxis but located in a side street. We've found the room scrupulously cleaned and ready. It is a really charming place. It is very nice to get away from the all inclusive ideas which also work in their own way but here you can choose where you want to go and eat. Just to say because my wife was asking me: the rooms are air conditioned and it works fine. WiFi works fine - I am logging on using it to write the review - although I have had heard it can be a bit weak sometimes. I like the accommodation layout. Our room has a small ground floor/kitchen/bathroom area and has a mezzanine for bedroom and this mean one person could be downstairs watching tv and the other upstairs taking a rest etc. The lady who is managing things is very helpful and pleasant and has just replaced the kettle without any fuss an hour or so after being notified.||Overall, a very good place to...

Mss Joanna and her son Manolis are wonderful hosts. Our room No 4 was for 2 persons only so didn't have extra bed at lower part of room. Well, honestly we didn't like solution that bed was at higher lever of the room (there are wooden stairs) but it wasn't big problem at all. The room was clean and equipped with a fridge, kettle, and a very basic kitchenette and cooking utensils. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh sheets and towels vere provided every 3 days. The nice Agia Pelagia beach is less than 100 meters from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants where you can have a wonderful meal for a fair price. Have to mention very nice back yard where you can use chairs and sunbeds. Budget acommodation but worts every cent.

Joanna the host is very accommodating and very kind. The hotel is clean and you have all the basic equipment to cook at home. There is is a nice community garden with tables and chairs to enjoy dinner outside.The beach boardwalk offers many great restaurants and bars with local foods. It was 32 degrees the day we arrived so it was very nice to have A/C. The beach is right around the corner - beautiful beach - Mediterranean blue water. There is great Scuba diving, snorkeling and a lot of water sports on the beach. You can rent sunchairs 2€ and umbrellas 3€ per day. Or lay on sand for free.
