WOW!! This was a fantastic excursion we did this as a family of four with 2 teenage daughters but I would also recommend for younger children as it is very safe. We booked through TUI but you can also book direct as the company provide the transfers, and you pay per bike rather than per person ( we had 2 per quad) making it excellent value for money. You are given full explanation of how the quad works and are given a practice before you go. You go in convoy and there are lots of staff with you Keeping it safe both on and off road. But also keeping it fun where you Can get Some speed up if you want. We were Treated to some interesting local areas Including an old abandoned village (ghost town) and some spectacular scenery. The Guides are very knowledgable about the area . You can take belongings as there is a compartment to store on the back and there is a place To stop For refreshment. The Sunset was beautiful and the guides took loads of photos and videos which they sent to you for free. We Even got a drink at the end to Celebrate. We were out for about 3.5 hours on this trip and our daughters said it was the best thing theyâve ever done on holiday. I canât Recommend this enough if You are in Crete you have to do this. I wouldnât use any other company and I would Definitely do this again. Thankyou elaquadsafari for the amazing memories . Iâve added a couple of Scenery photos but the photos on the website are a true reflection of...
Read moreSuper fun experience and great value for money! This is a small business but they really delivered a great service. We started by driving our quad bikes on the main roads in a line formation (with the owner and employee at the front and back so that even the slow ones like myself donât get left behind!). It can be quite scary at the start if youâve never done it but they donât put pressure on you to go faster than youâre comfortable with. We went to an almost fully deserted town in the mountains and had 20-30 mins to explore the place as a group. It was super surreal but awesome. Then we went to the house of a famous Greek painter that also had a small art gallery where we had 20-30 mins to explore. Had great Oj there! And finally went to a quad biking site created by the owner for some adrenaline rush. The journey to get to all these places was gorgeous! I also love how the groups are fairly small so you get to chat with the other clients and bond. The owner and employees are also awesome people and really interesting to talk to. Also whatâs awesome is that you can keep coming back because they have different trails that they do! I would 100% come back and encourage everyone to choose...
Read moreTrust me, if you're close enough to go on the ELA Quad Safari then you have to! We were sold the excursion by Blue Lagoon Excursion Center. We went for the sunset option, collection at 1800 from the Blue Lagoon Excursion Center / 'supermarket' practically opposite our hotel (atlantica akti zeus) and returned us back to our hotel at 2145. It was the perfect trip for us as we really didn't fancy a full day excursion with our boys being 11 and 8 years old. It was âŹ80 euros per quad. 2 persons per quad made it exceptional value. The whole experience is faultless from start to finish. George is the perfect guide with exceptional english and takes you to a fascinating abandoned village of several houses and talks you through how it came to be. Nicos was our driver for the transfer and also speaks English fluently. Apparently it is a new business but other than the fact that quads are in really good condition there aren't any indications that it is a business in...
