Psaromoura Residence — Hotel in Municipality of Malevizi

We had a wonderful stay during our time in Crete and would definitely rate it 5/5. There was a mix-up with our room booking, but Maria and Katarina were incredibly responsive and helpful. They answered our call after midnight and made sure we had a place to settle in — which was a huge relief after a long travel day.

The apartment was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did notice a bit of humidity indoors and found the hot water temperature inconsistent at times, but these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience.

Local beach is a bit rubbish. Walk around the Pinnacle Hotel to the beach the other side. Beautiful! Rooms are clean and housekeeping came as requested. Sadly the simple things, like coffee pods for wake up weren't supplied. 🥺 Also one key meant one of us getting locked out if we went different places. Power only with key in slot made it impossible to go get my wife a breakfast in bed. AC was amazing to keep room at nice temp (as long as key in slot). There is no word strong enough to express how incredible the last few weeks were. The house is great, cozy, with an amazing view. Its a 3 minutes walk to a great beach with crystal clear water. The restaurants in the area are great and close enough so you don't need to drive there. The owners of the house were some of the greatest people I've ever met.
