Those who enjoy the sun and the sea on the beach of Monofantis can look forward to delicious snacks and lovingly prepared longdrinks at affordable prices. We particularly liked the very friendly and accommodating manner of the owners, as well as the clean and modern ambience of the bar with a direct view of the sea. The Sea View Cafe & Snack Bar is easily accessible from the surrounding hotels, but it is also only a 15-minute walk from Agia Pelagia along the coastal path past the Agia Marina Psaromouras Chapel - Google suggests the walking route along the road (duration 55 minutes).

We visited Sea View Cafe Bar and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip! The food was absolutely delicious – fresh ingredients, full of flavour, and beautifully presented.

But what truly stood out were the cocktails – simply next level! Creative, perfectly balanced, and served with real attention to detail. You can tell there’s both passion and skill behind the bar.

And the staff… just the kindest, most welcoming people you could hope to meet. Always friendly, smiling, and ready to help with a recommendation or just a nice chat.

This place is amazing! The view of the sea is just stunning and makes the whole atmosphere super special. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. The food was delicious, fresh, and the portions were huge – you definitely won’t leave hungry!

The restaurant itself is really nice and cozy, perfect for enjoying a meal while watching the sea. Honestly, it’s one of the best places I’ve been to in Crete – great food, great people, and an incredible view....
