The owners – Stella and her husband - runs this place with real love and passion. They are wonderful people and care about their business and the people that stay with them greatly. Maria Malli – a very professional staff in the reception area - will also do everything for you to make you feel as if you are staying in your own home. Fresh baked cake in the morning and a friendly greeting every time you pass them. This really stands out from many of the places we have stayed in Greece.

Our room (Suite no 8) was spacious, bright, clean, fully stocked with luxury toiletries and very comfortable. It felt very luxurious (see my attached photos!). Fully stocked kitchen was useful, and everything worked perfectly. Air con was strong too so also the wifi. Our room had also a very relaxing big terrace with sea view where we could admire the beautiful sunrise every morning. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day!

You could easily think you were the only people staying, because of the way the balconies are arranged.

The location was perfect for us within easy 4 min. walking distance to waterfront of Pollonia, mini market, restaurants etc. A nice little beach is just 100m away.

It was absolutely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. After all a highly recommended hotel and we would stay here again if we return to Milos!

Where to begin. Kapetan Tasos’ was absolutely perfect. The accommodations, decor, beds and the staff were five star. We had a one bedroom suite which was quite large and very comfortable. ||We are traveling through Greece for a month and by far, this is a favorite. We have traveled the Greek Islands on four other month long holidays and Kapetan Tasos and Pollonia Milos, by far, are our favorite. The hotel is perfectly situated to walk to restaurants and shops. ||Katerina was helpful in coordinating our transportation from the airport, which is a must as the airport is a one runway and one gate airport. Taxi’s do not wait at the airport. She also coordinated our departure to the port. We had peace of mind with Katerina’s coordination. She had excellent recommendations for restaurants and wine tasting at Konstantakis winery. There is a lovely small beach club, a five minute walk, to enjoy the beautiful Aegean. They had a lovely selection of Greek morning treats to start the day. ||In addition to Katerina, Stella, the owner, was a delightful lady. We had the pleasure of meeting her father, Kapetan Tasos, as we walked back and forth into town. We enjoyed our daily chats with him. He is so proud of the hotel and his staff, as he should be. The hotel and town of Pollonia are what I think of when I think of a perfect Greek Island...

What a marvelous find! Our experience at this place was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its pristine cleanliness, and unbeatable location. The balcony became our sanctuary—a serene spot for delightful breakfasts in the morning and relaxation after a day at the beach.

However, what truly set this place apart was the outstanding service. The thoughtful treats left in the hallway, ranging from delectable snacks to refreshing fruits, added a touch of warmth and care to our stay. Even when we encountered a small mishap in our room, the staff demonstrated remarkable grace and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Katerina, in particular, deserves special praise for her extraordinary hospitality and professionalism. She effortlessly assisted us with various arrangements, including transfers, tours, and spa reservations. Throughout our stay, she graciously welcomed our endless inquiries with a genuine smile. Our little one has become an ardent fan of hers already!
