Maria's Kouka Pansion — Hotel in Municipality of Mykonos

I first visited Maria's back in 1983, and I've been returning most summers ever since! The rooms are very well kept and cleaned daily. Free transfers from Airport & Seaport - but be sure to let them know in advance.

Nearby is an excellent restaurant and a free access swimming pool with drinks & snack bar. The beach resort is a few minuets walk down a staircase, and there are shops, restaurants, ATM and rental sunbeds on a gorgeous beach! Near to Maria's (or from the resort), is a ten minuet bus ride into town which run every 30 minuets.

Sadly, Mama Maria passed away in 2023. After many, many years of giving memorable holidays to new and frequent visitors. The Pension is now managed and run by her son Niko and his amazing wife Maria, both of which cannot do enough to make your stay a wonderful one. A legacy left over by Mama Maria...

Maria's Kouka pension is located in a very good spot, very close to the port and has a sea view. But what attracted me from the beginning was the incredible kindness of the owners and the entire family ! Nikos and Maria helped us with everything we needed as it was the first time we came to this wonderful island! The rooms are spotlessly clean and neat. Access to the beach takes only five minutes as there is a path to the beautiful beach of Agios Stefanos, right next to the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel, and will definitely visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you for everything and see you soon...
