The information in google and Agoda is not accurate. They do not provide breakfast anymore and the front desk is not 24 hours.
It is not a traditional hotel where you can call the front desk and request what you need, such as an iron, and a staff would bring it to you. You will need to go to the front desk and take it yourself.
The hotel were beautiful and new as the pictures were shown online. It was well cleaned everyday. The room has a nice pool view. I had the best shower in my whole trip. The water pressure and the temperature are just right. The staff is nice and welcoming.
You may want to consider another hotel when you are not planning to rent a car. The hotel is far from the old port and new port. The public transportation in mykonos is extremely inconvenient, especially in the low season, while the buses only comes 3-4 times a day. The buses may not arrive on time or missed a station cause they don't see you, then you need to wait a few hours more. Calling a taxi from the hotel to the old port is about 25+5 euros. Taking taxi from the taxi station in the old port to the hotel is 25 euros.
I requested a cancellation few hours after booked, yet the hotel denied the request. I understand it is their right, but I would like to remind you not to repeat my mistakes. It takes 15-20 mins drive to the old port, also there are not many...

Nice neat hotel, good service, pretty good location in Ano Mera, everything required in our room. Really nicely planted - the layout had been curated and it was well thought out.
Rooms were very clean and spacious, including the bathroom, which was good. We had a comfortable night's sleep, the mattress wasn't too hard. There were facilities for it to be self catering, so sink, fridge, small stove, counter space (we were on B&B basis). Room service would change our room very quickly whilst we were at breakfast, which was great to come back to.
Breakfast is continental, and laid out next to the bar; there wasn't masses of choice, but the quality of what was there was the best we'd had on our travels.
When we first arrived, we thought we were miles from anywhere, but actually it was only just over a mile to the beach (which we walked twice, but be warned, it's down a hill that you have to climb back up!) If you walk from the hotel into the local town, there is a supermarket and coffee shops, plus a lovely square surrounded with pretty restaurants with good food.
And of course it had a resident cat or two - always nice when you're...
Read moreThe hotel is nice, small, appealing. Very clean.
Upon arrival, the room they initially showed us was nothing like the pictures online. It was under the ground, below "pool level." After pointing this out, they assigned a new room, which was supposedly superior class and costly. However, the room's quality didn't match the price.
The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast – while advertised as featuring local foods and a variety of cheeses, breads, and yoghurts, the reality was quite different. The offerings were limited to canned fruits, slices of cheap cheese, and one plain yoghurt. Cereals consisted mainly of oatmeal. They charge extra for a cappuccino. The coffee available was just regular filter coffee. Even the decorative green apples in the reception area were off-limits. When I wanted to grab one, I was told by a staff member that they were purely for decorative purposes. How odd!
It wouldn't take much for them to improve their guests' experience with a more satisfying breakfast including fresh fruits, baked breads, and a true variety of cheeses...
