We stayed at the With-inn Suites for 3 nights. The hotel (more like an American Motel) is a non-descript economical sort of place stuck about 1km from the new port (a quieter part of Mykonos) and not too far to the old port and centre of Mykonos (about 15 mins walk). We walked from the port to the hotel although there isn't much of a real sidewalk once you leave the port area but the walk isn't that long - takes about 20 mins. Alternatively, I think the hotel can organise a taxi but Euro 20 seemed expensive if you enjoy walking anyway. The room was rather basic but spacious and very clean and provided WiFi. The hotel has a great view of the Western Aegean sea giving uninterrupted views of sunsets. The room had a nice sit-out terrace with chairs and loungers. There was large screen TV in the room and nice bathroom with normal amenities although there was no moisturising lotion. Anna the host was very friendly. The only challenge was climbing up the steep ramp and stairs to the hotel that is stuck on the side of the cliff and about 50m in from the main road. So avoid carrying heavy luggage if you can. It may also be uncomfortable for the not so agile and physically fit or the very young. There isn't much in the form of restaurants and other entertainment in this part of town, so be prepared to hike along the coast to the Old town or order food in. There is no breakfast included although they do cater for a charge. We did a hike from the hotel to Paradise beach which took us the better part of a full morning but not a great hike as most of it is along the main road to that part of town. The city operates local bus services which may be a...
Read moreRecently returned from a fantastic weeks stay at With-Inn. The room was large/clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Excellent shower!|We had a lovely large terrace with table/chairs and also sun loungers. The sun was on the terrace from early afternoon until sunsets which were spectacular! It is a 15 minute walk to Mykonos town mainly along the side of the main road. Alternatively you could walk 5mins the opposite way to the Marina Sea Bus stop and take the 10min Sea Bus journey for 2euro either to the old port or centre of Mykonos town. Nice journey. Also it runs back and forth until about midnight. |The nearest restaurant, Compass, was just below the property but unfortunately closed when we were there. We found Molaraki restaurant just opposite the Marina Sea Bus stop which was excellent and very good value for Mykonos. |Many thanks to Vaggelis for all his help and excellent communication and Anna and the rest of the family for making our stay so special. Everyone was so kind, informative and helpful. We would highly recommend and hope to...
Read moreVery clean and large room compared to most in Europe. The bathroom was great - roomy and with a large shower and great water pressure. The room had a balcony with a partial view of the port, which was nice. The hotel is a small family business and they were very responsive. The location is challenging to access by walking due to the narrow road with no shoulder so definitely recommend paying their very reasonable transfer fee of 10 euros from the port or airport vs the 35 euros charged by Uber and taxis. The location was a bit away from the hustle and bustle which we selected in order to have peace and quiet at night. If you intend to party until dawn you may want to be closer in town but for those of us who want to sleep this was perfect. There is a boat taxi a short (but somewhat treacherous) walk that is only 2 euros to get into town. We recommend turning on your phone light when walking along the road at night to improve visibility...
