We have enjoyed a wonderful 5 nights here at Naxian Secret! I feel that everything on the website and pictures were as advertised! I emailed the hotel requesting to setup a pickup from airport, it was setup and emailed confirmation of a taxi and cost 15euro. Airport is less than 10min away from hotel. Checkin was very simple, and I took the opportunity the owner offered of homemade lemonade while he went over a map and recommendations of restaurants. We were quite early, but only had to wait about 20min and he was able to get us into our room early. We were here the last week of April, and it was very chilly and windy, so unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool but it is very beautiful!

The grocery store (and bus stop) is less than 5min walk, so you can definitely keep some drinks and snacks on hand if you want. The hotel does have a bar so you are able to purchase drinks from there as well. One night we didn’t feel like going out for dinner and the owner had several menus from local restaurants that delivered. He ordered what we requested, it turned out great! It was nice having a fridge to keep the leftovers in! I did my research before coming, and knew this is where I wanted to be, so no complaints at all! But if this is the start of your search, some things to consider include this hotel is on the outskirts of the main town. Grocery store and bus stop is less than 5min walk. Beach is about 8min walk, closest restaurants about 8min, shops start at about 10min walk and all the way to the port is a good 25min walk. Definitely doable and we did a few times, but since our weather was windy and chilly we decide to rent a side by side (approx 80euro per day), and we had a great time driving all over the island with that! Parking lot is large for the hotel so no problem with parking. We felt very safe and secure here. Breakfast every morning btwn 830-1030, although we signed up for a tour one day and he was happy to have our bkft served earlier that day. They leave you a sheet in your room when it’s cleaned (usually btwn 11-1ish we noticed) to request what you want for the next morning. You can choose to have it in your room but we liked sitting by the pool every morning. We really enjoyed bkft every day and there were enough options for us. You have a choice of different types of coffees or teas, juice (highly recommended every day fresh squeezed OJ), yogurt and toppings, fresh fruit, bread options and you must try the jams (their mother makes the jams homemade and we started asking for a two a day and extra bread just to eat all the jam😂, trust me, try as many as you can, but our absolutely favs were kiwi and apricot, well and strawberry and wild plum, seriously order jam!), then eggs, meat and cheese. And they always included something extra that mother made that was always good, sometimes savory and sometimes sweet! Our last day was actually my husbands bday and they surprised him with a homemade crepe and candle! Everyone was so kind and helpful! We had them do a bag of laundry, cost 20euro, back within same day. They gave recommendations on what to do including setting up a bus tour for us (highly recommend!) that picked us up at the grocery store stop. They let us check out late and scheduled us a taxi to take us to the port upon departure. Just a very kind family running this beautiful boutique hotel very well!...

How do I even begin to explain how excellent this hotel is? ||Firstly, it is gorgeous. Everything about it is stylish and elegant, but simply so. The surrounding area is also stunning and very peaceful. The view over the mountains from the reception and pool area are wonderful.||The rooms are great - clean, modern and stylish. The bathrooms are fantastic and the bed was so comfortable! We slept great the whole trip. We had a terrace with table and chairs where ate breakfast every morning that faced west and looked out over the hills. ||The amenities were first-rate. The pool was perfect and never crowded. Everything is immaculately kept. The bar is well stocked and open until 10pm||The BREAKFASTS. Wow. Delivered straight to your room and you have a big selection. Loved the little extra treat from their grandmother everyday.||The hotel is really well located! A 20 minute walk from Chora port and a 5 minute walk from Saint George beach. Agios Prokopios is less than a 10 minute drive. Close enough for to enjoy the atmosphere but far enough for some peace and quiet! The temple of Dionysus is only a 20-25 minute walk away down a straight road.||Best of all was the staff! Katerina and Niko could not be more accommodating. Nothing was too much. They helped us organise travel and tours, as well as reservations, and recommended what ended up being our favourite restaurant on the island. Their English was excellent. Most of all, they were just lovely. We felt so welcome and enjoyed speaking to them when we saw them. ||Please stay here for your Naxos trip - you won’t regret it. We’ll most...

Stunning decor, chic vibe, and stupendous hospitality briefly describe this hotel. Located just inland and a 5 min walk to the port town of Naxos, Naxian Secret is a must stay. On arrival from ferry or by air they will help to arrange a taxi for you. It’s a quick ride before you pull up to the jewel of this location, the pool. Modern cushioned recliners ring the pool with beds on either end. The side is complimented by a stocked bar and restaurant style seating. The rooms are generous with their accommodations. We stayed in a Junior suite outfitted with a kitchenette. Perfect for cooking a quick meal. The design is top notch. Tastefully done in dark and neutral tones complimenting the white walls expected in Greece. The bathroom is a work of art in grey stone with a rain shower head for washing off the days activities. Your hosts are attentive to your needs. They offer a breakfast at your room or poolside determined the night before. They are happy to help you book a table, taxi, or anything else you may need. We were honored with home made dishes specially made from their mother! Cheese, fruit from the family’s garden, and rice with milk were our favorites. The location is ideal for relaxation. Perfect for couples or anyone looking to relax in the serene beatitudes with civilization a short distance away. We could help but fantasize at how perfect it is for a wedding location. Book the entire hotel for a week and enjoy community and privacy from the unique architectural layout. We highly recommend staying here and look forward...

This is an exceptional place to stay, quite possibly the best I have stayed in considering the level of quality for the price. Every aspect is of a very high standard. The location is nice and quiet but not too remote - a short walk to the beach or into the old town. The building itself is very well designed and detailed, including the gardens that surround the property. The pool and pool area are lovely and perfect for relaxing. Our suite was spacious with a nice balcony on both sides, really nice decor and lighting, very comfy bed. As other reviewers have said, breakfast every morning is superb - the daily bonus cake is a nice touch. All this brought together with a level of service that is exceptional - nothing was too much trouble to organise for us during our stay. As an example of the level of service - we arrived at the hotel with our son having developed a nasty cough during our previous week in Crete. We asked the staff about a doctor, we were advised to go to the hospital in town to see the pediatrician there, which we did. We received very good and quick care there - our son had a chest x-ray to diagnose a chest infection. That was sorted by the antibiotics he was given. But what touched us was the fact that the hotel staff had called the hospital to let them know we were coming, making sure we were looked after. Then every day asking how he was doing, genuinely pleased to see him improve. Overall, a real pleasure to stay at Naxian Secret, very highly recommended.
