We were 4 adults who dined here. The food was excellent. We had a sunset view overlooking St George Beach. The cocktails were nice. We enjoyed a couple of different salads, saganaki and the chicken fillet as starters. For dinner, we all had pasta dishes and sampled each other’s. There was caccio peppe, truffle carbonara, bolognese and amateirsiana. The pasta was all cooked to perfection and the portions were perfect! The pannacotta was to die for! While our servers were very friendly and welcoming, I wish they could have been a little more attentive. They asked us one time if we wanted drinks and we just weren’t ready for another round at that point, but then they never checked in again to see if we wanted anything with our mains. None the less, this may also have been attributed to a staffing issue. Either way, we will definitely be back.

UPDATE: we returned for an afternoon on the beach for lunch. The bacon cheeseburger is seriously the best burger I have ever had in Greece and definitely one of the top three (since I grew up in the states). It was loaded with bacon and cheese, the bun was similar to a Hawaiian roll and the burger melted in your mouth. I literally devoured the whole burger in a matter of minutes. And it wasn’t little! Definitely a must order! Kudos to the chef...

Naxaki is a classy, friendly and superbly-run beach lounge. By far and away our favourite beach lounge on Naxos, indeed on any of the Cyclades (10 and counting) that we've visited. The loungers are very comfy, the staff couldn't be more smiley and helpful, and I love the striped umbrellas! The whole design of the place impresses, and there is plenty of space left between the restaurant tables as well as the loungers. We've been going there for 2 years in a row, and the whole team look after us so well (we are 2 families holidaying on Naxos together.) The food and drinks are really great. Timi is the captain of the daytime ship and Camilla is a lovely, welcoming hostess when it becomes more of a sundowner restaurant. We will love it forever, and can't wait to go back next year again. The massages are also to die for! And very well-priced. Our fave place to hang out for a beach day on Agios...

Naxaki was already the best beach bar, but with even more improvements and a very good dinner menu, it only got better.

The sunbeds are comfortable and the menu has everything for everyone from delicious breakfast, refreshing fruit juice to perfectly cooked hamburgers. Massage treatments are also offered. Even though we didn't experience any if them yet, the setup looks very nice.

The new dinner menu is really creative and very fresh. Especially the octopus carpaccio is amazing and something that seems simple like chicken fillet is lifted to another level.

What really sets the place apart is the top notch service. Everyone is very polite, well trained and always helpful. By far the best we have experienced.

We have been coming to naxaki since the beginning and we will continue to do so every time we...

We were really looking forward to our visit to Naxaki—the location is stunning, and the vibe looked promising. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. We booked a spot online, paid in advance, and walked there—only to find that our reserved spot wasn’t actually available. The staff offered a lesser location instead, but didn’t acknowledge the issue or offer a refund or discount. We decided to stay and make the most of it. The biggest disappointment? In an hour and a half of sitting there, we were never approached for service—not even once. No menus, no check-in, nothing. Bottom line: Naxaki might be worth it for the setting alone, but the reservation system is either unreliable or not honored, and service was non-existent in our case. If you go, just know it’s a bit of a gamble.

A lovely place to watch the sunset and have an evening meal. Nice friendly service and warmly greeted by the hostess upon arrival. Menu choice was limited and seemingly a bit pricey. The Moussaka I ordered was a alternative interpretation to the traditional dish and, whilst tasty and nice quality ,it was not what I was expecting, with a sliced half aubergine topped with meat and cheese sauce with a few skinny French fries or "potato sticks" on top. Priced at €16.50, I thought it was expensive for what I got as you can get an authentic and much more satisfying version elsewhere for around €10. It appears that it's the ambience and scenery that you pay for . If you are really hungry, try something else from their menu or eat elsewhere, but I otherwise enjoyed the view and the service.
