Orkos Naxian Wave — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

We are a family of 4 with small children we stayed at Elaia Retreat for 2 weeks this summer and we absolutely loved it! The villa is beautiful, comfortable , and just a few minutes away from Naxos town and some of the best beaches on the island. The hosts are very nice and friendly, we had little presents waiting for us almost everyday, additionally to the daily cleaning which we really appreciated. The one thing we would suggest to improve is that the kitchen is missing some basic equipments and accessories for those who like to cook homemade meals but other than that everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The host is super helpful and a lovely person! As we stayed in October, the area itself felt very out of season, but it was amazing to have the fabulous local beaches almost to ourselves. One thing that came as a bit of a surprise when arriving in the dark by car, there is quite a long stretch of unmade road to reach the village and the house - not really an issue, but unexpected! Very friendly owners. The accomodation is close to plakka beach which is the best beach for families according to me. Very clean also the owners are cleaning/ changing the towels every couple of days. Also I appreciated the fact that there was some salt/pepper and olive oil left to cook. I recommend Orkos...
