Unacceptable Cleanliness

I recently stayed at this accommodation, and unfortunately, I must share a rather disappointing experience. We discovered that some of the bed sheets had clearly been used by previous guests and were not changed. This immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the place.

To make matters worse, the next day, we were brought three new sheets, but they were still damp. Moreover, these were only fitted sheets, leaving us without proper bedding to cover ourselves. The owner did attempt to rectify the situation by purchasing new sheets for us, but they had not been washed, making us hesitant to use them.

It was not just us who faced this issue. Some guests staying in the adjacent accommodation had similar problems with bedding. The owner's solution for them was to invite them to a nearby restaurant for a drink, which, while a kind gesture, did not address the underlying problem.

Finding used sheets in a place where cleanliness should be a top priority is entirely unacceptable. It raises questions about the overall maintenance and hygiene standards of the establishment. Ideale miejsce jeżeli chcesz odetchnąć z dala od zgiełku miasta. Obiekt położony 50m od drogi dzięki temu jest tu spokojnie i zacisznie. Dzieci mogą swobodnie biegać z dala od ulicy. Apartament schludny, 2 łóżka na dole i 2 połączone na antresoli - wszystkie pełnowymiarowe. Pościel i ręczniki czyste - w czasie pobytu na życzenie były wymieniane na nowe. Aneks kuchenny z dwupalnikową kuchenką, lodówka i wystarczające wyposażenie kuchenne. Łazienka z prysznicem bez zastrzeżeń. Na zewnątrz prywatny taras ze stołem gdzie przyjemnie można zjeść posiłek, oraz dwa leżaki. Można pograć w piłkę i rzutki. Jest też wspólna przestrzeń z dużym stołem, piaskownica i huśtawka dla dzieci. Bardzo blisko jest dobrze wyposażony market, a do pięknej plaży jest zaledwie 5 min drogi. Fajne, ustronne miejsce. Apartament z tarasem. Klimatyzacja słabo dziala- w łóżku na antresoli jest gorąco. Sztućce w złym stanie. Pojedyncze łóżka zbyt małe dla osób dorosłych. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, czysto, czysta pościel, ręczniki. Dostępne środki...
