6 of us + a 19 month old went for dinner, it was my sisters birthday and my son had booked a table for us earlier in the day as my sister had said that's where she wanted to eat, when we arrived a waiter named Jimmy asked if we wanted a high chair for the youngster, her mum said no as usually she stayed in her pushchair but he went away and came back with a high chair for her. When he was helping to put her in it she clung to him so he took her for a walk around the restaurant then out by the pool. Our favourite restaurant in Sidari. Ate here twice in a week. The service is second to none - very friendly, attentive and chatty staff. All COVID secure protocols were adhered to during our visit. Even though you can't see much at night, it's a gorgeous location with views over the Ioanian Sea towards Albania through the glass windows. Not on the main strip either, so it feels much more relaxed. The tzatziki pita starter is to die for - absolutely amazing flavours. My partner really enjoyed the mixed grill and the vegetarian pizza was very flavoursome. Grilled prawns were also fantastic. Aquarius in Corfu is the perfect blend of laid-back island vibes and quality drinks. The cocktail menu is creative and refreshing—especially their house specials made with local ingredients like kumquat liqueur and fresh herbs. Everything we tried was well-balanced, not overly sweet, and super refreshing under the Corfiot sun.

The staff was friendly, and the service had that effortless Greek hospitality that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Whether you’re sipping a spritz during sunset or going for something stronger like their local tsipouro mix, Aquarius delivers.
