Panayota Apartments & Studios Kassiopi — Hotel in Municipality of Northern Corfu

This is the 3rd time we have stopped at these apartments although it has been a few years since the last time we stayed.We booked directly with the owners in June for a week stay in September.||When we arrived we were told that the room we were expecting to stop in was not available until the following day so we were given a two bedroom apartment upstairs.We could of moved to the original room the day after but we chose not to as the apartment we were given was fantastic.||The room was so spacious it had 2 really good size bedrooms a kitchen with a table and a seating area and had 2 balconies,one balcony had a sea view.||The apartments are kept spotless and the family live on site so are handy if you need anything and are extremely friendly and welcoming.||They are the most well equipped apartments we have stayed in and this is our 15th trip to Kassiopi stopping in various apartments the facilities also include a washing machine which is why I know that there are some people that will book there for a month or more(wish we had the holidays to do that).||We have tried to book for a week next June but they are booked for the dates that we need this shows how popular they are .||We had a fantastic week away so thank you...

The apartments are located in a quiet cul de sac, but very close to the main beach in Kassiopi (approximately 2 minutes walk) and bars and restaurants (the harbour is 5 to 10 minutes walk). The apartments are attractive, well laid out and comfortable. We stayed in apartment 2 which has two bedrooms each with own balcony and is on the first floor. Well equipped - with washing machine, iron/ ironing board, air conditioning, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, 2 ring hob, oven and plenty of mugs, glasses, plates, cultery etc. ||Immaculately clean, and the apartment was cleaned at least every other day - with sheets and towels changed several times during our ten days stay. ||||The owner and her parents live on site and are very accommodating, kind and helpful. We received a welcome pack on arrival with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, fruit, biscuits and water - and later in the week some cakes and pastries. ||||Very difficult to fault and would highly recommend to anyone considering staying...

Yota and her parents have fitted these lovely apartments out so thoughtfully it makes for a really relaxing and comfortable stay. Perfectly located just off the beach, within easy walking distance of the centre of Kassiopi. Two minutes to a sandy beach and two minutes to a lovely pool bar in the other direction - and I have mobility problems (which improved enormously after 2 weeks in Kassiopi's warm waters). Beds are SO comfortable, water pressure is excellent, shower doesn't flood the floor like many Greek apartments and we were delighted to discover the 'mini' wash function on the washing machine that meant we headed home with clean clothes in our suitcases. We stayed in July 2024 and are hoping to return for a short break in September. We also made good use of the electric grill bbq in the garden and loved the whole atmosphere, a mix of international independent tourists, peaceful, calming and extremely welcoming. Yota is a truly wonderful host. Cannot recommend...
