Eataly — Restaurant in Municipality of Patras

In general it was bad experience. At first, The service was at first polite. But later on, the stuff was very messy 'by accident' (droped rain water on us and bumped us a lot of times). The atmosphere was not so good. But, it could better with a a smaller 'accidents'. And finally the food. Let's say, it is a bad copy of Italian food. a lot of Salt 🧂 in everything, we barely eat the 'Pizza'. Also, a lot of cheese to cover any taste. And the worst was the 'Size' we ordered the Biggest size of Pizza. Named as 'Squared Pizza'. It was smaller than the normal pizza from other restaurants and I will not mention that costs us 15 euros. I will (not) visit again for sure. By the way, I heard (and hope) spaghetti is good in this restaurant. But, the spaghetti itself is precooked (boiled) hours ago, that to an 'Italian'...

Ate here on the walking street in Patras. It was because of the name, which is hilarious. The food was okay, nothing awe inspiring, the staff that served us were excellent! The annoyance of the place were the beggars and people selling their garbage. We were there for 40 minutes and had 5 people come to us. That’s an interruption every 8 minutes while my wife and I are trying to enjoy what may be a great experience. Fortunately, me telling people to “go away” works in any language. The poor women beside us gave away their food, and euros, bought tissues and eventually started to ignore the others that came. Some of these beggars knew the staff so nothing was said. I’m not sure why letting people to come in and torment your customers is acceptable? Didn’t happen anywhere else in Greece or Patras....

Unacceptable! We got a 16 slice pizza yesterday and after an hour and a half they brought us 12 slices. We call the store for the mistake, they say ''sorry, we will bring you the right one''. After another hour and a half, they bring us another 9 slice pizza instead of 16 and at the same time they WANTED THE OLD ONE BACK! In other words, they wanted us to give them back the 12 pieces so that we could get the 9 pieces while we waited 3 hours for the 16 pieces (which we had paid for). I don't know with what logic and math these people think. The funny thing is that I call them for being late and the person he says "I brought you a gift as an apology". Every reasonable person thinks that he brought us something extra to eat...... So we open the package and see a small cookie the size of...
