Hotel Niki Piraeus — Hotel in Municipality of Piraeus

Disgusting disgrace of a so called hotel. This hotel is falsely advertised. Do not expect what is shown on the pictures. The hotel room we had booked was disgusting, unclean (hair and pubic hair everywhere), no blankets (bed sheets where really not clean) and the Air-conditioner did not even work. Apart from the hotel being unclean, the balcony door did not lock. Hence we had to leave the balcony door open throughout the whole night. Therefore we had to book another hotel as we did not want to stay in that disgraceful hotel one more minute. The saff did not speak English and it was difficult trying to communicate with them. The receptionist made me talk to her boss. I asked for a refund, we did not get a refund although we were not going to stay there.

If you are looking for a clean room and good service DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL! IT IS DISGUSTING! I felt like I was in a crack house! There are plenty of hotels cheaper and nicer in the area! The one star rating is because I have to choose a star but really is -100star rating.

This place was awful, please avoid.. personnel were really nice, but other than that it was really terrible, even for a 1 night stay for a late arriving ferry or an early departing one, The WORST was the bed, it was hard as a rock if you try to rest you're gonna Feel perfectly the springs everywhere in your back the shower had no curtain or glass or anything, not even a place to put the handset so if you try to take a shower you will leave everything drowned, toilet floor and everything, there were many mosquitos but more in the lobby, no luggage storage but you leave it in the hotel lobby, view was horrible but that actually doesn't really matter. It also only had 1 charging plug. I've been to more than 30 countries worldwide, more than a 100 cities this has been one of the worst stays ever, they should really looking to improve, now that I am reading the reviews and they call some of the bad ones for liars, they should actually look for improvement it is actually bad enough even for a cheap hotel, it's not cheap enough to be...

Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff! They really went above & beyond to help when find a taxi to the train station which would help transport the oversized paddle case when Uber said no... It was prob a 1/4 to 1/2 mile walk from the ferry. So it's very convenient if you're getting on/off a ferry. I requested a non-smoking room. It was clean, the AC worked, & it had a mini fridge with a small freezer which worked well. The balcony area was HUGE with a little steel table & a couple of chairs. It was a perfect spot for a thrown together breakfast. The shower had HOT water. I'm not sure why I see so many complaints about the shower not having a curtain or glass, as the norm in Greece, even at 5 star resorts, seems to be an additional drain in the middle of the bathroom area instead of a fully enclosed shower. Yes, the sink, toilet, and floor might, & will probably will, get wet if you shower like a savage (that would be me, lol), however that's all part of the fun...
