Elena & Pelagia Luxury Apartment — Hotel in Municipality of Rethymnon

We booked this apartment with great enthusiasm, the photos were spectacular, but there was no photo of the building and location. We don't fond the abandoned entrance, It is dirty and dark, with many things on the landings of the apartments, this is not what we had contract and pay for....luxury apartment. I also want to say that Mrs Pelagia did not want to help us or listen to our situation....

Locația foarte frumoasă cu trei dormitoare mari ,aer condiționat în fiecare dormitor și în living .Este foarte curat în apartament peste tot .Bucătăria este dotata cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie (grătar electric ,mașină de spălat vase ,doua aparate de cafea,vase de toate felurile și mărimile,tacâmuri de tot felul ,aparat pentru sandvici, aparat de prăjit pâine ) .Apartamentul are două bai frumoase ,curate ,dotate cu tot ce trebuie .Intr-o baie este instalata o mașină de spălat haine ,coșuri pentru haine ,inclusiv cârlige de prins hainele. Fiecare dormitor are balcon ,livingul având o terasa super frumoasă și mare in care se gasesc doua canapele de terasa ,un gratar cu gaz si o masa cu scaune.In living sunt două canapele fixe și o masă mare la care poate servi masa o familie numeroasă. Gazda ne-a pregătit apă de băut, gheață, suc,portocale proaspete.Totul este foarte frumos și suntem foarte mulțumiți de condiții și de prețul accesibil .Distanța până la plajă nu este foarte mare (noi nu am avut mașină) Mulțumim gazdei și dacă ar fi să aleg, tot locația Elena &Pelagia Luxury Apartament aș alege !Felicitări pentru că ne-ati pregătit o...

This appartment CAN’T be qualified as luxury, since the building was not in good condition. the surroundings are terribly insane and dirty, the person in charge did not want to listen our requierement , and neither the location nor the building not deserve to be qualified as Luxury! This was the main entrance! So we did not want...
