We thougt to have a nice dinner on the boulevard, the menu was looking good, also we got in first instance a nice view to watch footbal. However after a few minutes they decide to fold the giant sun umbrella and that was blocking our view and we couldn't see the tv anymore... but hey you are in a restaurant for food not for tv we thought

Then the worst thing happend a waittres throws a ice coffee over my girlfriends white skirt, we thought okay can be happen offcourse but they offered no help what so ever, my girlfriend walked herself to the toilet to wash it out (didn't work the staines are still there...) so no help, and not even an apologie from the waittres herself the manager or the staff...

Now the food part, before the disaster we ordered a meat platter for 2 persons and pork panchetta. After the distaster we got our food but you think okay maybe if the food is good then it could be the leverage we need to turn things good in the end however it was terrible.

The meat was dry, burnt has zero texture at all. We are meat lovers but we weren't even half way.

At the end the waiter looked confused that we gave no tip, and askes (as nothing was happend) was everything okay?

We calmly en subtile said it was a complete failure and then we got finally an apologie not that that mattered after all wat was happend.

You think 4.6 stars on google in general is good but wow what...

Later edit from the next day: I went to get an invoice, there was a day manager who did not know English (which shouldn’t be acceptable in a touristic country). Anyway, they suggested to come after 6pm. I arrived later and the other “manager” said that the invoice is 60 euros actually and they were suggesting they made me a favor as this should’ve been 150euro, such a joke. The only condition to provide me with the invoice was to pay the extra 20 (tax evasions at it finest). From the picture it more than obvious that the invoice was pulled out at 2 pm on 23/08 and my visit was between 22 -01 in the previous night. The “manager” had his story repeated in his head as he was so nervous and didn’t let me talk to not forget it. It clear this is something they do regular to tourist. Too bad the owner promotes this behavior.

The atmosphere is great until they tell me to pay 40 euro for a vase with flowers that was behind my chair which was in the back as I obviously didn’t see, as I don’t have eyes in my back. My seat was moved two centimeters to get from the table. It’s funny how they actually know how much was the vase from the very beginning like they put it intentionally. When I asked for a bill they said they couldn’t provide it. Do not recommend, only if you are in the mood to sue someone or ruin...
