From positive – food was good (mostly), if you are departing late you can book a shower room free of charge. Our departure was late and hotel was fully booked so we could not book late check out. However, we still could use all facilities and then been allowed to use a shower in one of the spare rooms. We were given 1 hour time for the family of 3, which is more than enough time to have shower and get ready. From negative – overall, this is not 5 star hotel as advertised. Everything from facilities to staff and services provided was maximum average 4 star (or 3 plus at the times). Staff – some staff very friendly. But unfortunately there are also many who are rude, unprofessional and make you feel intimidated. From bartenders who are making watery drinks and talking about you in the foreign language to reception staff who are getting very defensive if you are bringing your dissatisfaction to their attention. Cleanliness – depends on who is cleaning your room. Our friends had a room on different floor and had no issues, our room however was cleaned to a very poor standard. Towels were changed daily and beds were made, but this is about it. Floors not moped or hovered, shower, sink, mirror in the bathroom not cleaned, soap dispenser not re-filled for 3 days (until I’ve raised this with reception staff). Entertainment – very limited and basic. Animators were friendly but immature. Overall impression was that they are new to this hence all activities and shows to poor standard. The same jokes every show (some of which were very patronizing). Outside area – very small. If you want to go for a walk with your children, for example, or need to rock them in the pram for a nap – there is nowhere to go. Overall there is more rooms in the hotel, than space outside. Once hotel is at full capacity, there is not enough space for everyone by the swimming pool. If you come to the pool by 10-11 am you will not find anywhere to lay down – all sun loungers are taken by 9 am latest. Sun loungers – very poor quality. Not only it is uncomfortable to lay on them, you are also very likely to fall. Sun loungers are not durable and many people fell down. I honestly have not seen such poor standard sun loungers in any other hotel, leave alone 5 star hotels! Drinks – if you order cocktail than there will be drop of alcohol mixed with lots of ice and juices. If you order wine or some spirit, they will poor just a little tiny bit. If its wine – it will be half of plastic cup. If you ask bartender to top it up they will give you this evil look like it comes out of their pocket. It honestly makes you feel uncomfortable. It’s advertised as serving premium and international drinks – Gordon’s Gin and Grant whiskey is the most premium drink they’ve got. All wine is house wine. When I’ve asked if they have Sauvignon Blanc I’ve again been given evil look and ironically asked back – “sauvignon WHAT?” I would expect that bartender in 5 star hotel would know little bit about wines J Maintenance – all 3 toilets in the lobby do not lock and doors do not shut completely. There are also showers in the bathrooms in the lobby that I don’t think are used, but despite that are dirty. Upon our arrival, wall mounted tissue box holder in our room was broken and was placed near the sink. Few days later someone has taped it back to the wall with white tape. It was still out of order though. Beach bar – technically beach bar is there but it is not a traditional beach bar you would’ve imagined. It only serves beer and some soft drinks. No food, no ice cream or cocktails are served, no music. So if you want to spend day on the beach, every time you want to eat, have a drink or snack you will need to walk back to the hotel (which is not ideal when you have kids, hence, unfortunately, we didn’t spend even a day on the beach). Kids’ facilities – advertised as having a kids club, soft play and shaded playground. There is no soft play and there is no shaded playground. There is kids club but it is very misleading to call it ‘soft play’ and ‘shaded playground’ too.

Just finished a 2 week stay here, me and my boyfriend, both in our early 20s had an amazing time and thought this hotel was perfect. The hotel itself it’s massive and always very clean. There are lots of different bars and restaurants to choose from, however we never tried the themed restaurant as we are both very fussy eater so just stuck to the main restaurant most nights. There is definitely food for everyone and there is so much choice which changed every night. From Asian, Italian, sushi, grilled, Greek. For fussy eaters like us and kids there is always pizza, pasta, chips, salad etc. there is also a large choice of deserts. We arrived around 11pm and had dinner in the restaurant, even at that time there was still a choice of food from meatballs etc and help yourself drink dispensers and beer. Every night there is freshly made crepes from 11pm- midnight and we really enjoyed this. Drinks were great too with a good choice. We booked a partial sea view and had a fab view. The room had 2 single beds put together which did become a little bit annoying as they slid away from eachother very easily. The beds were very comfy otherwise and the pillows were thick and great to sleep on. The room was very modern with a decent sized tv which unfortunately didn’t have many English programmes on most the time or any smart features like Netflix etc. We were expecting a walk in shower but it was a shower over three bath but wasn’t a problem, the water pressure is great and is a great shower. The mini fridge was restocked whenever they cleaned our rooms, which for us we asked them usually every second day. The wifi was good and reached our room we were on the 4th floor. There was 2 main pools, one which is massive and splits into 2 with a slide in the middle. There is also an adults only pool which we didn’t use and also an indoor pool. Sunbeds weren’t as much of an issue as I’ve read about, whenever we came down any time of the day we always managed to find a decent spot, mostly in the sun and right by the pool, even midday. There is signs saying you can’t reserve sunbeds and that towels will be removed but I don’t think this is enforced. There is bars by every pool so is never far to get drinks/ food. There is help yourself ice cream in the bars and we really enjoyed. We didn’t use the public toilets much but my boyfriend did say the men’s toilets by the main pool didn’t lock. We didn’t really watch the entertainment through the day but from what we saw the team did an excellent job, with water polo etc. a few nights of the week there is live music down by the adults pool which we sat by. The sports bar is very new and modern with lots of TVs always playing sport. We enjoyed the pool tables here as it was usually quiet and new tables. There is also an option for Shisha which is chargeable. There is an arcade room with air hockey, basketball, car and bike race games and more. We enjoyed the air hockey in the evening. There is a sickness bug going around which unfortunately I did catch, which left me sick in my room for a full day. I wouldn’t blame this on the hotel as there is nothing they can do but there is lots of sanitation areas around and signs warning about the bug. This didn’t ruin my holiday and I wouldn’t let it put you off as it is just hit and miss and is over very quickly. I definitely dont think it’s the food as like I said I’m fussy and wouldn’t eat the fish etc like some people say it’s from. There is a private beach which you can get to through a tunnel under the hotel. Very nice beach but rocky so would recommend water shoes. The water was very warm even in October. There is also an all inclusive bar down by the beach, however we didn’t use this. Just down the beach right next to the hotel is a water sports place which offers jet skis etc which we did. The hotel is in a good location with a bus stop right outside which takes you to the town for about €2 each. We hired a car from the hotel for 2 days. Very quick process and only €35 for a day. Would 100% come back to this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel ! Without any hesitation I can recommend this place to anyone who want's to go on an all inclusive vacation to Rhodes. The hotel is a typical huge resort as you'd find anywhere else. It has 4 swimming pools, 1 main, 1 for kids and 1 for adults only and 1 indoor. The garden area is quite clean, the plants are taken care for. Gardeners water the grass, trees and flowers every morning and evening. The food was absolutely to die for! It was amazing and extremely tasty compared to other all inclusive resorts I've been to. It was fresh, warm and delicious. There were also many variations of food. Italian (pasta, pizza), Greek, Chinese, Seafood. My only complaint is the breakfast. It's good for the first 2-3 days, then it's pretty monotonous. Everyday you get the same dishes and literally, they don't change anything from the breakfast menu. The food is served 24/7, there's 1 main restaurant and 5 themed restaurants that you need to reserve a spot for. We went to the Greek restaurant but weren't amazed. Didn't feel like it was fully authentic greek food and it felt like the food came from the main restaurant changed the way it was served (for example, greek salad that we saw in the main restaurant was placed on a toasted bun). The hotel has 5 bars. 2 pool bars which serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, 1 beach bar that only serves soft drinks, juices, slushy and 2 inside bars, 1 with alcohol and 1 with coffee, tea, soft drinks. The bars serve free imported alcohol as long as you ask for it. If you don't, they'll use local (probably cheaper) alternatives. They also have a menu of cocktails to choose from. The service is superb. Very kind, very helpful and everyone spoke English. The hotel corridors are clean, tidy and spacious. There's an underground tunnel to the beach. There's one iron you can use for free. You can use the washing machine at extra cost. There's a luggage room but to weigh your suitcase you need to pay 1 euro. After checking out from the hotel we were allowed to used all the all inclusive benefits until the bus came to to pick us up which is extremely kind. Now to the complaints. The towels feel like they're hoarded by people and the hotel isn't fast enough to replace/wash them. I've walked in several times to empty shelves and the employee told me they'll be ready in an hour. The lifts are super painful, I assume it's because of the amount of people using them at once but sometimes we took the stairs after waiting 10 minutes for the lifts. The spa company seems to be a third party without fixed prices therefore you can bargain for a massage which isn't all the fun. The lady first said 85 euro for 40 minutes of back massage and then went to 70,60 and 50 euro every time I refused. We had a room with the ocean view and it was incredible. Although we were only on the first floor which us the view won't be satisfactory, nonetheless it was beautiful. The balcony was furnished in a table and 2 chairs. The sunsets were amazing and you could see the mainland of turkey. I'd definitely recommend the sea view room. Our room was cleaned daily. The minibar unfortunately contained only drinks (which were loaded everyday too). It had 4 fizzy lemonades, white wine, 2 cans of beer and a juice for kids. We were also greeted with a bottle of red wine in our room. The rooms are spacious and renovated. There's a kettle, tea bags, coffee, milk, sugar in the room. 2 Wall chargers on each side of the bed. There's also body lotion, hair conditioner and body and hand soap refilled every day.

It’s advertised as serving premium and international drinks – Gordon’s Gin and Grant whiskey is the most premium drink they’ve got. All wine is house wine. When I’ve asked if they have Sauvignon Blanc I’ve again been given evil look and ironically asked back – “sauvignon WHAT?” I would expect that bartender in 5 star hotel would know little bit about wines J

Maintenance – all 3 toilets in the lobby do not lock and doors do not shut completely.

There is kids club but it is very misleading to call it ‘soft play’ and ‘shaded...

Would 100% come back...

First of all, the holiday in Rhodes was very lovely and the sea is so beautiful and relaxing on the beach is wonderful. But this is not a 5 star hotel even they claim so, more likely 3+ stars. Definitely will not come again to this hotel, instead choose a sand beach hotel in Faliraki, for instance.

The pros of this hotel: Location and sea is so near, especially the view from your sea view balcony is amazing. All inclusive has free water and drinks and foods and there are many restaurants and you can get coffee also easily from many places. Food was generally tasty, even sometimes little bit cold. Hotel itself looks nice and restaurant's staff is friendly and very serving (only in restaurant though and in bars, including beach bar where the lady is most kindest person, at reception much to improve the service) Pools are very nice and that you can go to beach by tunnel - and all inclusive has those towels for free, sunbeds are good. Yard is beautiful, palms etc. Clean surroundings.

The cons: Service is not very welcoming and friendly, you are even "bullied" by staff of telling the rules many times. For instance one lady missed the lunch 14:31 and official rule says lunch ends 14:30, still restaurant was full of lunch eaters and food was so much left, but this lady was said sorry you are 1min late and she had to leave from the door. Ridiculous, where is your common sense and service as this is 5 star hotel! Same rules were in the spa where you get towels only "in certain hours" and you are said not in polite way of it, (and this rule is so fun, as you definitely need the towel). But you didn't get still fresh towel each time when room was cleaned.. Also they didn't say thank you at the end of visit or welcome again, didnt ask any feedback during checkout.. not good service - lady only said: ok, thanks, but the luggage waiting in locker. Cleaner also looked very bored and annoyed when told about the issues. No sorry was said either in reception when issue was told. Room was not cleansed well, lots of dust in corners and bed was dirty. Also toilet paper was not replaced during second last day, which is ridiculous this should be 5 star hotel and you miss the basic needs in room - the rubbish bin was not either emptied each time! Also bed sheets were not changed during a week properly. Only bed was made to look beautiful. I complained three times when water not leave from bathroom floor (3cm layer of water stayed there), but no one did anything except they cleansed it. It was very uncomfortable to be in bathroom as your feet are in dirty water and it was full day so each day before the cleaner lady arrived. (Water didn't go anywhere, most likely it's blockage in sewer. They should fix it or give new room.) Both travelers got stomach bug, and we assume it came from their cake buffet or some fish. We didnt eat anything else in Rhodes and we had excellent hand hygiene. We heard many people experienced stomach bugs in hotel. (I had fever and diarrhea, partner vomit even and was very powerless one day - thanks God it went quickly away) Pay attention more to hygiene and also disinfect rooms and change bed sheets more often. Water glasses were not changed either during whole visit in room. Elevators are horror, one man got stuck for 30min inside one elevator - door shakes and whole lift keeps scary noise during raising up. They should be fixed! They are not trustworthy and clever elevators, very slow also. Music was over loudly in some evening events so couldn't sit long to watch and enjoy, even performance would have been nice. Speakers must be put in comfortable volume, not too high. Gym should be open more than only during spa hours. Same for the indoor pool. Also you should pay attention more to security of hotel, as some British young people played music and caused mess in aisles of hotel and as doors are so thin, everyone hears it. Play also more authentic Greek music in hotel and use fresh flowers inside to bring...
