Moscha Geronti Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Sifnos

We spent a lovely week staying with Moscha in a beautiful apartment. We were made welcome from the start and really couldn’t fault anything during our stay. As soon as we arrived, she brought up some home-made lemonade for us and continued to bring us treats on a daily basis including apricots, honey, jam, cakes… The apartment contained everything we could want from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of storage and even a washing machine in the little hallway by the bathroom. We had a small patio with fantastic views of whitewashed houses and fields with the beautiful sea in the distance. Moscha and her family were really friendly and helpful and this contributed to making our holiday on Sifnos memorable. The back door of our apartment lead onto a well-made path which went down to the village of Apollonia one way and up to Artimonas the other. There were plenty of small shops and restaurants in the village and we enjoyed bus trips around the island. We will certainly stay here again when we return to Sifnos and would recommend it to...

We stayed at the Moscha Geronti Studios for one week in late September, 2018. The apartments are located just outside Apollonia in Ano Petali, from which you walk the stairs to the center of Apollonia in 5-10 minutes. You can also reach the place by car. Our apartment was clean, modern and cosy, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was big and there was a good shower, although the water was not always warm. No meals are included in the price, but the owner Moscha surprised us daily with some local food and drinks for free. We also received lots of useful information about restaurants and places to visit. We were very satisfied with our accomodation. Sifnos is a wonderful island for trekkers, with well-marked trails and several good beaches. In September the island is not very green - if you want to see the flowers pick April-May instead. My husband and I stayed in Moscha's studios for eleven days in August 2017|Mrs Moscha did everything she could to make our stay in her studios unforgettable |A very warm , kind and helpful hostess |She brought us fruit , cakes ,homemade sweets every day - although breakfast was not included in the price- and she had a coffee machine , toaster and generally a fully equipped kitchen so that we could prepare our breakfast or lunch .|The studios were very clean , beautifully decorated and spacious enough for a family of four . |She also informed us about a traditional celebration which took part in a picturesque monastery nearby .
