Katina's House — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Stayed in late may, vourvourou area is not much crowded in that time of year so it was quiet, serene, peaceful. Located close to most attractive beaches of sithonia, halkidiki peninsula. Sea water a bit cold yet swimmable. Very clean rooms, beds, everything. Very nice landlords. Close to markets and restorants, walking distance. Wifi a bit weak but okay. big android smart tv's in both two rooms were heavenly. big refrigerator. But an electric furnace not warming enough to cook even scrambled eggs for breakfast. It is a total disappointment. Perhaps that's why they put a small picnic tube in a kitchen cabinet. We had to use that. If you think of longer stays and are intended to cook some simple dishes you should definitely ask a room with an electric cooker properly working. And some more pans, plates etc. You should also dispose of your garbage bag yourselve at the entrance seventy meters away. I could stay there again sincerely. Thank you Katina....

Great location near the beach. The outdoor is spacious with lots of staff for kids to play, there are two outdoor kitchens perfect for groups to prepare BBQ and relax in the garden. There are covered garages for the cars as well. We booked a Budget Double Room. The size of the room was good for two people, there is a kitchen inside and a bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was with a shower and personally I didn't like that the shower was with a shower curtain instead of a glass door. I don't find that sanitary enough. The room could have been cleaned better. Under the bed there was staff (garbage and toys probably from the previous guests). Every room (apartment) has a great size balcony as well. There was a problem with the internet. The connection was good in front of the apartment, but inside no. Maybe a bit overpriced in my opinion. Sorry Chris, I don't want to argue with you, but you should check the prices of the hotel in front of your houses(hotel Vergos) , they are the same but the conditions not.

Hi, This location has extremly good reviews, firstly I personally had to ask for hot water and at night you can say bye bye to showers, the service room was terrible, no one came to clean the sheets, take the garbage out or vacuum or do any cleaning, we had to beg the owner to give us some clean sheets and some toilet paper or garbage bags (about the garbage you have to walk 300m to throw it away). In the photos there are 2 fire places but in real life there is only one available. Everything was old and used, the toilets were dirty. The kids place was unsafe, having lots of rusty metal bars. The price for this location is extremly high for what it actually offers and it is a total scam (the rooms are extremly small compare to the photos). The wifi wasn't...
