We stayed for a week at Keynasa and I wouldn't recommend the property due to several reasons: the location is not at all appealing, you are practically surrounded by desolate construction sites at the outer edge of Nikiti; there are many other accommodation options which are situated on nice-looking streets rather than a dirt road we had booked a garden-view room for our family of 4, which was basically a basement room that smelled horribly of damp and sewage. On the second morning of our stay I woke up early due to an unbearable stench, the room was practically inhabitable and my kids couldn't even use the toilet as it stank so badly I asked the owner Katerina to move us to a different room but she was not helpful and I ended up spending several hours of my holiday pleading with her to find a solution; however she kept ignoring me and not offering us any alternative even though she knew the room was inadequate for a family (especially with young children) I have never experienced such a poor customer service experience in my life... we were basically stuck in a room that smelled like a toilet even though there were several other rooms unoccupied in the property at the time as we pointed out to the owner. After hours of begging she finally offered us a room on the first floor (away from the damp basement) - and she charged us extra for it even though we had slept in the worst possible conditions for 2 nights already The second room was pleasant but by then our experience had been spoiled by the incomprehensible lack of customer care and basic standards at the start of our stay
Overall, the property is nice looking and clean; the water pressure is very good and the swimming pool is good although very small. The owner tries really hard to be friendly (she had greeted us very warmly and kindly offered us a small gift for our youngest as he turned 4 years old while we were on holiday). However, when we actually needed her to act like a responsible hotel owner she didn't care at all for the safety and wellbeing of her guests. We expected a more premium experience at this property and we weren't at all impressed, we would certainly not stay there again and we saw plenty of other properties in Nikiti which seemed like a better choice for a...

Read moreThe Kseynasa Suite is an amazing place. We spend a perfect 10 days there. The room is nice, super clean (as was cleaned every day) and having all you need in order to have a trouble free vacation. The owner and staff was there every minute in order to make our stay nice and pleasant. The place is located in a quiet place in 8-10 min walk from the beach and 15-20 mins walk from the city center (touristic city center). There are almost no neighbor houses around and the place is surrounded by gardens with olive trees. As place is located not close to the beach it is peacefully quite there (this is my preference). If you are lazy :) or not in the mood for a sea you can stay at the pool with the crystal clear water, sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Room have small kitchen with fridge, stove, cookware, nespresso machine and kettle - so you can have you morning coffee or tea and cook in case you prefer homemade food. As supermarket just in 3 minutes walk from the property it is super easy and affordable. The WiFi is dual band (2.4Hz + 5Hz) with the fast internet access. And as TV in room is brand new, it is super easy to cast Youtube or other media from you phone directly to the TV. I am very thankful to Xenia and to all personal for this exceptional stay. And I am definitely will recommend this place to all my friends if they decide to...
