Gyromania — Restaurant in Municipality of Sithonia

Zero food, not clean, bad service, very sad place. Even Greek salad was worst ever with Lidl quality feta and poor tomato etc. Feel sorry for the Greeks after this poor experience

To respond to your reply as you mentioned you are the owner/manager. It is not the staff that is responsible for this but the management/owner. I did not mix the restaurabt but commented on what has been served. Greek salad with tomatobcutted in 3 pieces that you need to cut in normal smaller pieces. Tomato that is not close to domestic and almost green. Cucambers that are the same not domeatic and with no taste. Feta cheese that is everything but not a greek product or so poor quality that has bad taste. You need to source products better and not buy cheap ones from mega market. Suvlaki is totaly rosted and not spiced well, it was lile eating it in LA or London and not Greece. You need to train staff so they can do their job better and service customers and not tables amd chairs. My partner and I visited Nikiti early September and ate on several occasions at Gyromania. Every time we were surprised by the portion sizes and the quality of the food. The Gyros Club is definitely something we recommend sharing between at leat 2 persons probably at dinner time. For a lighter option or a lunch, the wrapped gyros is probably the way to go. During the peak times, the location gets quite busy and the service suffers a bit from this, but it's nothing that i would complain about. The servers are always around and happy to amend things. The place takes card payments which is a plus, but one can clearly see that it might not be their preferred payment method. The first time we ate here and requested to pay by card we were looked at rudely by what we assumed was the head waiter. We also wanted to leave a tip to the girls that served us, in appreciation of their work and menu recommendations. The tip was however pocketed by the same head waiter, which left a bitter taste...

very disappointed, I ordered a souflaki and it was served with a mustard polish on the side; I came all the way to Greece to eat mustard??? I was expecting a home-made sauce... the service was also deplorable, the waiter seemed smoked... edit: if you have a variety of sauces on the menu, wouldn't it have been advisable to ask from the very beginning what our preferences are? the sauce came poured directly on the plate, so if I wanted another sauce, what did I do, send the guards to the kitchen, and move the food to another plate?
