Absolutely terrible experience. The hookah cost €25, and while it started out okay, it was completely burnt after just 10 minutes. It was clearly packed wrong – the tobacco was stuck directly to the HMS, which any decent hookah place should know is unacceptable. A properly packed bowl should never be in direct contact with heat.

I called the staff and told them it was burned. Instead of replacing the bowl, he just removed two coals and walked away. The taste was still awful and obviously ruined. When I refused to pay full price for a hookah that only worked for 15 minutes, the staff argued that we had it on the table for a long time and didn’t complain sooner – even though the place was packed and it took them 10 minutes just to come over.

This was hands down one of the worst hookah experiences I’ve had. Completely unprofessional and not worth the money.

The caffe looks ok but the waiters are terrible. There are two of them. One guy and a girl. She was sitting across us for 10 minutes and didn't bother to stand up and ask us do we need something. Than the guy get to us and gave us a bottle of water. We waited again for 10 minutes. Than when we asked to order at last, waiter told us that she would come. She came... and we ordered 3 pankakes. She was like she didn't sleep for a month and was borring to listen. We have waited another 20 minutes. And nothing happen. We have stand and wanted to go, the boy askwd us did we order 3 panecakes and told us sorry, they didn't made them. I know that this is not much but with two kids constantly asking, pancakes, pancakes... this is terrible. We get them 20 metres in the street...

We would never recommend this place to friends! After the nice dinner we had in another place, my husband and I wanted to relax and smoke shisha. Nobody warned us that we must order drinks. Mind you we don't drink alchohol neither we drink sugary stuff but we said to each other: Fine let's order ice tea. Now this is where the problem starts. This was apparently not "expensive enough" which is what made the waitress angry and she said we can't only consume ice tea. The shisha alone is 25€, we would have left at least 35 to 40€ for 30-40 min stay. Instead they chose 0€ since we decided to leave.
