Bonsai Luxury Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

We stayed at the king suite at the beginning of July - the place was fairly recently opened. We had a wonderful stay. The room and pool are nice, the cleaning extraordinary, and they were generally very helpful. The place is within walking distance to Fira without any noise from businesses or traffic. You can see the sea from the pool and at around 9PM you can see the fireworks in the distance from the terrace. One minor -: there’s no cutlery or plates etc so if you want to have breakfast or anything else you may want to get a cheap fork/knife/.. . There’s a small fridge, a kettle and an espresso...

Amazing stay! The villa provides all you need at a great price. It’s comfy, clean and super modern with a good amount of amenities. You’re a little out from Fira (20 min walk) but you have shops & restaurants around you within a 10 min walk.

The manager was super helpful & provided us a great list of activities/restaurants to try which they provided discounts from their partnerships.

Superbe endroit ! Petite résidence toute neuve de 4 chambres avec piscine et très belle vue. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais c’est suffisant car il n y a souvent personne et les 10 transats autour sont top. L eau est … revigorante car piscine pas chauffée ni couverte mais ca rafraîchit pour les jours très chauds. L accueil est très sympa, ils peuvent même venir vous chercher au ferry ou à l aéroport ce qui est bien pratique. La dame qui fait le ménage est adorable et hyper pro donc tout est très propre.Les chambres sont belles, modernes et la décoration superbe avec un vrai soucis du détail. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse devant la piscine. Il y a une excellente boulangerie (Erotokritos : jus d orange frais, gâteaux et viennoiseries délicieux…. C est les vacances tant pis pour le régime 😜) à 5 minutes à pied. Il manque juste des couverts qui seraient pratiques mais la Nespresso est là 👍🏻. Nous avons loué une voiture pour pouvoir rayonner sur l Ile (il y a même un parking privé devant la résidence ) mais sinon en 15 minutes de marche on rejoint Fira et il y a des bus à proximité. Comme ils nous ont demandé ce qu’il faudrait améliorer, nous avons dit que le frigo qui est dans la chambre était un peu bruyant mais les enfants qui avaient le même dans la chambre d a côté n ont même pas remarqué donc on doit être sensibles.
