I am going to start with the cons as there was only one but everything else was perfect hence 4/5 stars.
We chose the Master Villa with Heated Pool. However the pool was just not heated at all. We called the reception everyday and asked for the pool to be heated but they said it automatically was heated up to 30°C. They then repeated each time that the weather was making the pool colder but this can't be the case as it was 22°C+ outside with no winds on some of the days (and I'm sorry but that's just not how heated pools work). Also I've stayed in much colder countries with outdoors pools and the inside of the pool is always warm similar to a jacuzzi (and it was around 30°C too.)
When we used the pool (because we weren't going to miss out on swimming regardless), we found that our body temperature just adjusted to the water and that sufficed, but my wife did catch a cold because of the cold pool.
Now onto the good bits. The hosts are brilliant. The view is awesome especially the sunrise. You cannot see the sunset but that doesn't matter, the sunrise is beyond amazing and so worth waking up for and watching from the sunbeds or the veranda. The breakfast is so good and delicious (we had vegetarian breakfast because no halal options were available). The cleaners are very respectful and they try to let you know/ask before coming to clean up etc. However, just be aware the pool cleaner comes in the early morning (sunrise time 7am ish) so you may want to keep your curtains closed for privacy reasons.
The master villa also has a speaker both inside and outside so that was a solid feature and a lot of fun for both when we were chilling inside the villa and when we were having breakfast or swimming.
As for location, like almost every single hotel/accommodation the villa is based on the top of a mountain which is totally away from main roads. Do not use a regular taxi to get to and from the hotel to wherever you're going (you could hire a car but the roads are so dangerous and not done up at all). Also do not use lithi to book taxis as they are a lot more expensive. Fira to Lithi is 25 euros (cash) but with Uber to everywhere it is 35 euros (card). So use Uber to go everywhere except from Fira centre to Lithi. The airport to Lithi with Uber is also 35 euros but Lithi will charge you 40 euros for semi private taxi and 55 euros for private taxi. So... do the math.
Overall, if you want to stay in Santorini, you should stay at Lithi because it is perfect. The above things I've mentioned are things to look out for if you are looking for anything very specific which my partner and I were, but we would still choose Lithi, just with more clarity about what we...

Our stay at Lithi Luxury Retreat was the lodging highlight of our two week holiday in Greece. In fact, we believe it made our experience on Santorini. The resort is a quiet oasis on an otherwise crowded island. We enjoyed the solitude of our private pool over locations that had people walking past their pools and terraces. Lithi is located at a high enough elevation that we could experience a peaceful ocean view, yet be centrally located on the island. We were able to hike up a short path from the resort and access the Fira to Oia hike from Imerovigli.
The resort is modern, well appointed, and private. The daily breakfast delivered directly to our patio each morning was incredible, with more food than we could finish, even with two teen males in the group. We also ordered lunch the day of arrival. It was delicious and we opted to order it again the day of departure since we were heading straight to ferry station at checkout. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioners worked great, there were very effective room darkening blinds, so we were able to sleep late when desired.
Afroditi, the hostess, was an outstanding in addressing any of our needs. Her restaurant recommendations were on point leading us to two of the best meals (Anogi and Misteli) we had over the entire trip. She was an absolute delight and we wanted to take her with us when we left.
If you desire a break from the hectic tourist locations and have a car to explore the island, I encourage you to consider Lithi Luxury Retreat. However, because the road to the resort is narrow, steep, and winding, if you are into the late night party scene, it might be better to stay in one of the towns where you don’t need to drive. One must be very vigilant when driving on Santorini as all the roads are winding and the taxi drivers and locals drive quite aggressively.
If we return to Santorini, we would definitely stay at Lithi Luxury...
