If I could rate the experience vs customer service I would say 4 stars experience/food and 2 stars customer service. I RARELY leave a bad review. However our hotel booked our spot confirmed front row sun beds for 2 With sushi, champagne and fruit for 150 Euro. Also when I messaged on Facebook and was told 250 Euro for a cabana with the above add ins or 50-150 Euro depending on what row you chose. So what the hotel said seemed in line with what they had quoted me on Facebook.

After a wonderful day at the beach (it was relaxing, beautiful and the sun beds are very comfortable) we asked for our bill. They charged us $250. They very publicly argued with me when I explained the above information. My point is very simple, if the price is $250 then advertise it that way. Don’t lie and don’t tell me-the customer that I am wrong when sending it electronically shows that I am correct. Also my hotel was very clear in the pricing when exposing the options. We would have chose the cabana for $250 had we known it was the same price as the sun beds.

Don’t be rude to your paying customers, it’s a shame our day ended this way. Otherwise we would probably be back. Accept the mistake and apologize as we were paying the full price regardless. We spent 12 unforgettable days in Santorini, but it wasn’t until the final two that we stumbled upon this absolute gem—and we only wish we had found it sooner.

From the moment we arrived at the beach club, Angelo and his team treated us like royalty. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made us feel like we were the only guests in the world. We lounged in dreamy cabanas by the sea, sipping cocktails and indulging in the best sushi we’ve had in ages—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.

But the magic didn’t stop there. On both nights, we were completely blown away by the dinner experience—100/10 isn’t high enough. On our final evening, the incredible Mika and the gracious owner created a night straight out of a movie. We were treated to a five-course meal that was, without question, the best dinner we have ever had—flawless in every bite, beautifully presented, and served with such heart.

Every single person we encountered made us feel special. This wasn’t just a meal—it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. If you’re in Santorini, do not miss this place. It’s more than a restaurant or beach club—it’s an experience that defines what hospitality should be.

When you arrive, you'll first notice the beach decor- palm trees, pergolas, and thatched roof. Then you'll notice the lounging areas- beautifully decorated open air tents and cabanas. A hansdome fellow by the name of Chris will come to your table and give you a brief rundown of his profession, the oysters themselves, some options and recommendations. Should you choose to have a half dozen or more, you'll be treated to a magnificent presentation that ends with your belly full of some of the finest oysters ever! Though i had a chicken platter, very moist, tender and flavourful, i would be sure to try their sea food as my family and I enjoyed the selection of fish they brought to our table (Red Snapper and Sea Bass), which was caught only four hours before.
