Kipos Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Western Lesvos

I had booked a room for 2 from booking.com. The day I arrived, after a 16 hour journey, the reception was closed and locked. When I called the owner, he said he didn't have a room for today (!) and told me to come back the next day. He also said he didn't book rooms without a sum as a guarantee. He was supposed to call me in order to provide a bank number for me to send the guarantee but when I called the owner the day before, in order to make sure my reservation was made he said nothing about the guarantee, even though he saw my...

We have stayed here at the end of the august 2014 and it was a nice stay. The owner Dimitri is a very helpful man. The hotel is a little bit old stuffed but the sheats were clean, air conditions working well and there is hot water. this three was enough for us because we only use the hotel to sleep. also the pool is small but quite. we have some beers when nobody was there :)). Totally I cannot say its the best hotel in town but its worth...

Good location and in the affordable category, but that's about it. Room was full of humidity, had a musty smell, mosquito net not working, towel smelt of stale water, bathroom door would not close...and when it did, it wouldn't open!owners played dumb to all our complaints.
