Heliolithos Blue Bay — Hotel in Paros Municipality

The place is well run. However, there were a few incidents with the pool staff that left a very bad taste in my mouth. There is an older grumpy man who was very rude to me an my friends because we were literally walking around and looking at the property. Another younger guy working the bar also very rude to me when I tried to purchase fruit from the bar. There is no need to be rude to guests who are paying you, they don’t tell you this but you can’t bring outside food or drinks to the pool, the pool hours are limited from 11-8. Most importantly, please beware that you should definitely get a car if you go with this location, it is isolated on a very high hill and it’s a dangerous dark road to walk at night. Taxis don’t really go by the property either.

That said there were a couple of people who were very nice and very helpful. Our stay in Paros was truly sensational, the accommodation was beautiful and the hosts were super helpful and welcoming, especially wonderful Maria.

The hotel complex was located up a hill but it only took 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach and 20-30 minutes to get to the ferry port. You were close enough to amenities, bars and restaurants but far away enough to give that luxury, private feel to the place.

Our room was very spacious with 2 lovely little balconies which had views overlooking the ferry port, the views were really stunning. The place was spotless throughout, from the pool area to the room it's self.

We only stayed in Paros for 3 days but could have stayed longer as there is so much to do and see on this beautiful island.

We are staying here and I cannot fault anything at all. It has a beautiful view overlooking the bay. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated with quality, comfortable beds. The pool is a relaxing environment and the sunbeds are premium quality and new.
