Amazing food and incredible, gracious staff! My husband and I had a lovely dinner here two years ago. We enjoyed it so much we returned today with six friends. We were concerned about getting back to our cruise ship on time so we stopped by the restaurant before they opened and the delightful Artemis invited us to look at the menu and place our order early so the staff could start preparing our meal. She brought out fresh snapper to show us and listened carefully to two guests’ allergy restrictions. We returned for our reservation and enjoyed the absolute best meal of our 2-week vacation. Everything was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented and served with care and elegance. After 15 days in Greece, I can confidently say that Mario delivered the best meal we’ve had across four islands. The ceviche was so fresh and balanced I almost cried (lol).

The spaghetti with shrimp was the best pasta dish I’ve had in Greece, melt in your mouth shrimp with the freshest tomato sauce you could ever imagine. And this disg wasn’t even the star of the show! The oven roasted lamb had the crispiest skin and the most tender and juicy lamb I’ve ever tried. The accompanying sauce, gnocchi, and vegetables was a flavor explosion I won’t soon forget.

On top of the insane food, the ambiance was perfect. The whole staff made us feel like local regulars - so friendly and genuinely thrilled to be with us. We arrived about an hour before sunset and they kept adjusting the curtains so we could enjoy the views without the sun blinding us.
