Paros Eden Park — Hotel in Paros Municipality

The owners are lovely, hospitable, friendly and very helpful. The place has a rustic island feel. The garden is pleasant. The swimming pool is a good medium size, beautiful and clean. Our room had a lovely large balcony with tables & chairs overlooking the island. The hotel is too far out of town to walk to the main part of Parikia but the good thing is that it's quiet. We never heard any cars or motor bikes. You'd need your own transport if you stayed here. There is free onsite parking. Another plus is the large shower! It's the roomiest shower we've ever had in a Greek hotel. The rooms are a good size with adequate storage space. The fridge is great and has a small freezer section that actually works! If you need anything for the kitchen just ask the owner for it. We got saucepans, utensils, a little oil and some salt. The electric hot plates work fine. The only odd thing was that the hotel does not supply shampoo and shower gel however the owner did manage to find and give some to us but you may need to BYO. The TV and air conditioning work fine. Paros Eden Park é veramente un giardino dell'Eden, con piante, alberi e grilli e cicale che cantano. Il posto é un po' fuori dal centro e anche se arrivare al centro a piedi non é troppo problematico, il ritorno in salita può esserlo (non ci sono marciapiedi né molte luci) e non é facile trovare un taxi la sera. Consiglio di tenere in considerazione quest'aspetto e avere una macchina o un motorino se si sceglie questo hotel. La proprietaria é molto gentile e si é offerta varie volte di darci un passaggio al centro e venirci a prendere al porto, gratuitamente (a differenza di molti altri hotel che ti fanno pagare 15-20€). La piscina é grande e ha vari livelli di altezza per adattarsi a adulti e bambini. Ogni stanza dispone di una cucinetta ben attrezzata, con frigo, microonda e due fornelli. Attrezzato di Piatti, bicchieri, tazze, posate e altro così come di detergente e pezzette. La camera é spaziosa e dispone di condizionatore. Però non vi aspettate una stanza moderna, tutti i mobili e decorazioni sono abbastanza antiquati, ma funzionano perfettamente. Di notte é molto silenzioso. É stata la migliore dormita degli ultimi mesi. :) Ha anche uno stendino e un tavolo fuori per ogni stanza. Ideale per famiglie. Come punto a migliorare, mancano shampoo e balsamo nel bagno e avrei messo a disposizione degli ospiti acqua nel frigorifero e asciugamani...
