The reviews I initially read about this place did not lie and neither will this one! Finding the location was a piece of cake and was super close to the bus stop in Naoussa near the bakery. The short trek up the hill was rocky easy to navigate. The hotel itself is cute and quaint; perfect for a solo trip, couples or small family trip. The hotel was clean and the decor had a cute beach vibe. Breakfast each morning was a great touch and left me from having to search for food each morning. There was also a great variety of breakfast from your traditional eggs, bread, yogurt, croissants, tea coffee and juice and loads of yummy fruit. I was impressed by the complementary breakfast here! The hotel is a short walk to the town of Noussa and all the popular restaurants and was not far from the ferry port by bus. Finally Anastasia who worked the front desk was absolutely phenomenal; her energy was amazing. You know when you talk to someone if they are genuinely a great person with great intentions; thats important when you are a host of a boutique hotel. She was helpful and shared so many recommendations and directions on how to get around the island and town. We had great conversations and she really made the stay a firm 5...
Read moreAfter the year we’ve endured, my fiancé and I were desperately looking forward to this vacation. My mother is in hospice care, and we’ve both experienced multiple losses in our families, including the recent death of his grandmother. We booked this trip back in May, holding onto the hope that, just maybe, one thing this year could go right.
But when tragedy struck again and we had to cancel the entire trip to attend her funeral, this hotel not only refused any kind of refund or flexibility—they had the audacity to offer us a 15% discount on a future stay, as if we’d ever consider booking with them again.
This isn’t about asking for pity. This is about basic human decency. We weren’t careless or flaky travelers—we were grieving and making funeral arrangements. The hotel’s complete lack of empathy and unwillingness to even acknowledge the circumstances is appalling.
We canceled our entire Greece holiday because we were burying someone we loved. This hotel had the chance to show compassion—and chose not to. I’m writing this review because I want others to know: if you’re looking for understanding or even the slightest bit of humanity, don’t expect to find it here.

Read moreMy husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Iris in Paros. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and we loved waking up to the beautiful view from our balcony. Breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying, a great way to start the day.
What really stood out was the service. The front desk staff, especially the woman who helped us during our stay, was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond from helping us find a great ATV rental to coordinating our taxi to the airport and offering thoughtful recommendations throughout our trip.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Hotel Iris to anyone visiting Paros. It was the perfect base for...
