Dining at Deck Bar Restaurant was simply divine. First of all, the view is unbelievable. I could sit for hours on one of their many (very gorgeous) decks taking in the view. The design of the restaurant itself is breathtaking. Yes, the food and cocktails are expensive, but 100% worth it. We had bread with butter and honey, calamari, and sea bass carpaccio. You MUST try the sea bass carpaccio it is exquisite. The calamari was also the best I’ve ever had in my life. The waitstaff were super friendly and attentive. Also, Angela, our server, was kind enough to give us recommendations about where else to eat in Paros. Additionally, we never once had to ask for more water, to order anything, or to pay which is rare in Greece (in my humble opinion). They were attentive in a very natural way. Excellent experience! You shouldn't miss this place while in Paros ❤ Get prepared for a gourmet experience. Fine dining in a Greek style that became the highlight of our 4 weeks culinar discoveries on this island. All dishes surprised us and the dessert was a wonderful journey for our senses. Traveled here with my husband from New York City . Was shocked that it was empty at sunset. Our host told us they are recently opened. Food was as good as (or better) than any fine dining we’ve had at home. They were quick to respond to a same day reservation email. Food was smart with a crisp presentation of every dish. Was such a treat and one of my favorite meals of our 8 days in paros
