The best restaurant in Naousa. Hard stop. Marmitta was easily the best meal that my girlfriend and I shared over the course of a two week trip, and here's why:
The food: insane. So fresh and used local Paros ingredients perfectly. My girlfriend hates tomatoes and she found herself fighting me to eat more of their local salad that was almost exclusively cherry tomatoes. They were about to work this type of magic with all of their dishes, we didn't find one thing we didn't absolutely love.
The service: Top notch. A true family-run establishment where the husband is the chef, his wife runs the front of the house, and someone who I can only assume is one of their fathers helps with it all and definitely wasn't afraid to make a few jokes at how many different plates we ordered (loved it). We only ordered based off their recommendations and it was perfect.
The restaurant: beautiful, relaxing, not stuffy and overcrowded at all like you find by the water
Marmitta finds itself off of the beaten path because they aren't situated on the water, but it was just a 4 minute walk using the same alley-ways found in the main area of Naoussa. If they had a directly central location next to Barbossa, etc, I have no doubt this would be the biggest spot in town
Come here when you want amazing food, top notch service, and a relaxing evening before the Tik Tok influencers find it and start directing the masses to them (even though crowds and a line out the door is exactly what Marmitta deserves).
Amazing experience. Can't...

Marmitta is, without question, one of the very best restaurants in Naoussa.
The food? Outstanding. Fresh, vibrant, and deeply rooted in Paros’ local flavors. Every dish showcased ingredients at their absolute best. I don’t even like tomatoes, yet I found myself finishing a salad made almost entirely of the sweetest cherry tomatoes I’ve ever tasted. The lamb shank, veal cheeks, and moussaka were all equally exceptional—rich, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor.
The service? Flawless. This is a true family-run spot where the husband commands the kitchen and Dimitra, his warm and welcoming wife, runs the dining room with effortless grace. We let them guide our entire meal through their recommendations, and they absolutely nailed it.
The atmosphere? Bright, airy, and refreshingly calm—completely free of the cramped, tourist-heavy feel you sometimes get near the waterfront.
Marmitta sits just off the main harbor, a short walk through Naoussa’s charming alleyways. Don’t let the slightly hidden location fool you—if this restaurant were right on the water next to Barbarossa, it would easily be one of the busiest spots in town.
Go now, before it becomes the next viral “must-visit” on TikTok and the lines start wrapping around the block—because frankly, that’s exactly the kind of attention Marmitta deserves.
