I would praise Nikoletta's Rooms very highly. What struck me most was how calm and peaceful a place it is. My room had a garden view and high celings, and was spacious and comfortable. There are French doors to the garden patio and they let no sound in from outside; there are also roll-down shutters at night if you like extra peace and seclusion. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The location, while not in the centre of Parikia, has its own pleasant surprises. There's a bus stop a few metres away, from where you catch the bus fo Pounda for the ferry to Antiparos. I did this and, from stepping onto the bus, it took all of 20 minutes to reach Antiparos. (Pick up a timetable from the bus station in town and pay attention to the notes to the schedule - at some times of day, you get a mini tour of the island for free, as the bus takes a longer route through some interior villages). There's also a pretty beach nearby, about a 10 minute walk away. And just along the road, literally, the area is teeming with antiquity. I felt that I experienced more of Parikia and Paros by staying here. Nikoletta and her family are welcoming and friendly, and offered me a lift to the port, which was very kind! All in all, I'm amazed at the quality of the accommodation offered for the very...
Read more+'s: I stayed here for 5 nights in September 2016. You get what you pay for really. The bed and Air Con were very good. Family that run the place very friendly. Located in-between the town of Parikia and Parasporos Beach so great access to either of them.||||-'s - It was a little bit of a trek for me when coming back from the town in the evenings. It wasn't an issue in the day time but at night it was very dark, not very well lit so for a solo traveler I was a little nervy at times. The shower I wasn't too familiar with and had to sit down to shower, but I got over it. As per some other reviews I agree that the place does perhaps need a bit of renovating and...
Read moreWe were 2 couples staying here, we had a lovely garden terrace with one room and sea views with the other. Nikoletta and her family were very welcoming and helped us a lot. We were picked up at the port at no cost. It is within walking distance to the main beachfront area although we hired quad bikes from next door. Nikoletta was a very giving host, she gave us fresh tomatoes and olive oil for cooking, a bottle of her homemade wine, baked us a cake and made a beautiful dessert one night while we were sitting on the balcony. The rooms were spacious with air conditioning and were freshened up each day. I would definitely recommend this as a...
