Bacco Paros — Restaurant in Paros Municipality

We had no reservation and they told us that the people who has reserved a table have priority.. then we ordered a bottle of water and a glass of wine... They came after 15 minutes... 15 minutes we haven't water to drink... Then we ordered 1 pizza and 2 spaghettis /pasta (one Bolognese and one with vegetables) ..the pizza was not cooked well, it was not crispy, ( but they explained us that this is the Boulogne style ) ...the pasta were good... The wine was also good.. I think that the whole package was ok but it wasn't worth the money... The service was average. So, I give 3/5 ...and I will not go again ... Too many money for what we...

All the food we have had in Paros is spectacular, but this little spot, Bacco, was probably our favorite. The food is exquisite with fresh ingredients. The service is outstanding, friendly, and make you feel like you’re at home. The location is right on the water and it’s beautiful…sunset in Paros. We did not try the pizza, but it looked fantastic… we may return today to get some! You must make this a stop on your trip; it was heavenly. A bonus…these kind, kind people help with donations and time to care for the cats that are homeless in Paros. If you are an animal lover and support local…even more reason to go. Authentic Italian food! Very friendly server. Food was superb! We ate the Ragu Bolognese, tagliata, and the black truffle risotto (risotto is amazing). Definitely recommend the tiramisu! We also had a liter of the red house wine and it was very good, especially for house wine, great value! Would have been happy if we paid 40e for the wine, but it was only 15e.
