Kialoa bar — Restaurant in Paros Municipality

Terrible experience tonight. A group of us were ready for Karaoke night and arrived on time for happy hour at 9pm, to find the place wasn’t even open. When we returned, we found the barstaff were looking at us as if we were a burden, making them work when they should’ve been doing so anyway. When we asked for karaoke, they were reluctant to begin after the 3rd or 4th time of asking. There was no service for drinks, with us having to ask staff repeatedly for a top up. The karaoke DJ kept taking the microphone off us for no reason when we were the only ones requesting songs, it all seemed very judgmental. It ended with one of my friends being groped by one of the barmen when we went to settle the bill. Which absolutely not what anyone wants during their night out. Overall, the vibe could’ve been...

Very bad service, we waited for one hour and the food came cold! We commented on the fact that it was cold, they took the plate in and we saw them tasting some of the potatoes to check the temperature. We ordered a salad that even one hour later was not there, but they demanded that we pay for it. On top of it, we also commented on a wine glass that was dirty and were told that it's the washing machine that is broken, which lead us to believe that maybe all of the cutlery was dirty...

Asked for kareoke four times never got a solid answer even though it was advertised from 11pm. Place said that it opened at 7 but opened at 9. Kareoke didn’t start until 11:30 after numerous requests even though the Dj was sitting outside smoking and wasn’t interested in us. Staff didn’t want to be there, no service had to ask for drinks.
