What a beautiful property! It's located about 5 - 7 minutes driving distance from the main town of Paros (Parikia) nestled on a elevated portion of a hill facing Parikia. You get a gorgeous view of the ocean, the hills of Paros, as well as islands in the distance.
We stayed in the suite with the private gym and private pool and overall thought the room was lovely. The view was magical; catching sunrise or sunset from the room was one of the highlights of our stay. As for comfort, we had no issues: the bed & pillows were the perfect balance of firm and supportive; the A/C worked efficiently and let us cool the room down dramatically for us to sleep comfortably. The room does have this really wild shower that has 4 large spray settings that was a little overkill in my opinion but still cool nonetheless. One gripe is that way the shower is built, there is not a strong enough seal or block to keep water exiting the shower on the floor and leaking into the main room so we had to clean up water after every shower. The shower itself actually malfunctioned the 2nd night we were there but a maintenance guy came at 8:30pm to fix it, which was great; otherwise, no other issues. The private gym was obviously small but came equipped with an exercise bike, bench and "dumbbells" that were variously weighted sandbags with handles, and resistance bands so it was good for getting a little something in, but the main gym for the property was much more efficient. The private pool was beautiful and we loved laying out next to it, but as for getting in it, not as much, it was sooo cold. It was great for dipping in after being out in the hot sun for a minute but after any longer and it gets freezing.
The restaurant was fantastic, usually I always avoid my hotel's restaurants but this one deserved as much patronage as possible. They made the most delicious Greek Salad as well their Grilled Octopus, we ordered those dishes multiple times throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfying, didn't change from day to day, but was fresh and got the job done.
Housekeeping was insanely efficient, we would normally wake up to go grab breakfast and workout at the gym on the property and by the time we'd get back, the room would be turned over and spotless.
The property is about a 5 - 7 minute drive away from the main town/port of Parikia but I wouldn't necessarily say it's walking distance, so there is a free shuttle that takes you back and forth from the property to the main town. The only downside is that the shuttle operates 3x a day: at 10am, 5pm, and 10pm. If they could increase the # of shuttles per day, that would be a huge bonus. However, if you rent a car or ATV (which is highly recommended) there's ample free parking available on property. Lastly, about a 5 min walk down from the property takes you to a beach & separate beach club that you can enjoy without having to travel too far.
We visited towards the end of September, about a week and half before the end of the Paros' tourist season and most people return back to their homes for the fall/winter. While the staff was overall nice and accommodating, you could tell that some of them were "over it" and were ready for the season to end and go back home. But we had no issues whatsoever.
We had a fantastic stay at Paros Agnanti and would definitely choose to come back should be travel to...
Read moreThis was our first visit to Greece. This hotel made it amazing. Our travel agent Mandy Bankston could not have done a better job at placing us right in the center of the culture and the total experience. Never in America at any of the 5 star hotels that we stayed have we been treated with such kindness, patience, hospitality, or willingness to help make our stay pleasurable and inviting. After two long plane trips, a metro train, and a 3-hour boat ride not only the view from our room, but the people, and the cleanliness and the layout of the room was so relaxing and so inviting, it made the exhausting and trying travel well worth it. The food & the restaurant is not only beautiful in presentation but tasteful and affordable. Realizing that we would be staying for some time it was very nice realizing that we could include them in our food choices several times during the week. The view from the hotel morning noon and night breathtaking. It made eating each meal even more enjoyable. It offered much relaxation looking at the water the lights glistening at night sparkling on the water or the sun coming up or the sun going down. Surprisingly the way they arranged the hotel are amazing breeze blew through morning noon and night appealing to all of your senses allowing you to withdraw from the world and just relax and catch a little "peace" that no matter what side of the world you're on, we all crave so very much. Room service was phenomenal. After being out all day enjoying the sights we came back home too a clean room, beds made, plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo, etc & enough coffee, cream and sugar for the night and the morning. Shuttles ran morning and night. Very convenient however I would suggest a midday shuttle because 7 hours downtown all day long and all night long is quite a long time especially for the elderly. One other desire to make this day even better would have been to have some wash cloths. We had wonderful oversized towels for bathing, great towels for the beach and nice hand towels however in America tiny square washcloths important for washing your face while showering. I make a second mention of the food at the hotel brunch was amazing and over the top, so many choices. They had breads, meats and eggs every way you might like them. Cereal and yogurt. Fresh-squeezed juice & perfect coffee blend to start your day. My personal favorite was the homemade local jams with so many varieties. It is offensive in America when you spend your hard-earned money to visit somewhere and they try to cut corners and use cheap quality foods. Especially packaged jams only 2 choices & imitation cream or butter. Unlike America, it appeared that all hotel employees even housekeeping love their jobs, love life and love people. On behalf of the Toorez family from Keller Texas, I would like to thank each and every one of you in Paros & Agnanti resorts for making our family vacation and our Greece visit an experience like none nother & a memory that will last a lifetime. May God bless each and everyone of you in abundance. There was one more suggestion that I would like to share as an interior decorator. On the balcony which has an amazing view to create more privacy and more Elegance I recommend purchasing some beautiful oversized pots for the corners and planting native beautiful flowers and greenery making being out on the balcony even more enjoyable. Best night sleep ever. Bed was extremely...

Don't deserve a five star rating due to some staff being very unprofessional. As fake as they can be, being a good host is not about smiling when you feel stressed. Tell the truth, don't speak badly about the person in front of you in greek not knowing whether they can understand or not, try to make people comfortable, and make amends.
Very poorly handled my complaint about an egregious issue where my luggage went missing while in their storage and was damaged. Basically gaslighting me and trying to manipulate me. Not apologizing, but lies and manipulation? That's a sad excuse for professionalism. I have the voice recording of them speaking together in greek saying they lied to me and I'm being dramatic that my bag broke. I wasn't yelling. I was very calm. The management didn't care. Maybe I should have yelled?
Bad sushi rice in their sushi rolls. I ordered one roll twice, once poolside and once in my room and both times the rice was cooked badly. The chef claimed no one ever complained about it before. Sure.
I asked the Poolside staff if I could order the same lemonade they had at the spa. Apparently didn't care what I had at the spa. They said "we don't do that here, whatever you're talking about" and gave me a fanta. A 5 Star resort that serves just fanta by the pool when you ask for lemonade? Yea, no.
I heard the indoor bartender being rude in greek and complaining about a guest who just wanted to split their check. It shouldn't be that much of a deal.
I found a giant cockroach in my luggage when I came home. I know they have a cockroach issue because I found cockroach related chemicals in a basket under my sink while there. So make sure everything you own stays off the floor In your room.
Security at luggage storage was nonexistent. No locked door, no cameras, no luggage tags. So lacking it was, that my bag went missing somehow because supposedly "a guest said it was theirs... before realising it was not". Nobody would have noticed or known where my bag went had they not sent my bag back to concierge.
I'm glad the contents of my suitcase seemed to be intact but I did find something weird in it after the fact. God only knows what happened to my bag and it's contents, the staff's word is now worthless as they lied about it not leaving until one man admitted to this "accident" later. Yes, my zipper was moved and the luggage tie was undone. That's how I knew it was Tampered with at all.
I wouldn't recommend my friends to stay here.
I'm not looking for a response to this complaint, I already gave them 2 months to address the main issues, and I haven't been impressed by their "efforts" (at corporate or locally). Totally unimpressed.
First local didn't reply to my complaint because they "didn't know I wanted an apology". Then, I went to Corporate after a few weeks. They didn't reply, Local was forwarded my complaint again and finally responded. I gave them the audio of the incident and they said "we don't hear what you're talking about". Right, but my greek friends can?
Whatever they reply with here, know that the public reply will probably be much more sugar coated and have more effort for PR damage control...
