We stayed in Perivoli for 4 nights. we booked direct with the landlord. The first night we received a room with a tiny bathroom and a shower that you hit the walls when you move . Also there was really no shelves to put any clothes except a tiny cabinet that half of it was taken by the safe. So we asked for a bigger room which luckily due to low season was available . I asked for free upgrade but they refused which was very disappointing since first, the place was relatively empty at the time and second we were there for 4 nights . But they preferred to send us somewhere else than upgrade us . Since the other room was nice we decided to take it still but it left a bit of a sour flavour . So the bigger room was spacious and nice. The rooms are clean and quiet . But there is no privacy between the terraces because they all open to the back yard with no fence in between . Toiletries wise there was only two tiny bottles of shampoo in the bathroom that were not topped up . No shower Gel .None of the coffee or tea were topped up. There was also an issue with change of towels unfortunately. All in all the owner and her son were not exactly the nice generous Greek people you usually meet . But the place was clean, comfortable and few minutes walk from the town...
Read moreGreat Overall place and probably one of the best ones to stay on the while island. Tarasia is a very kind and calm host and she was very helpful and supportive with all of our questions we had and showed us great places to visit on the island. When one of us stepped on something in the ocean and we asked her for help she was even about to bring us to the doctor herself! Wonderful carefulness!
The room that we had for 5 nights was very clean, modern and bright. The bed was the best I had in a apartment for a long time and the bathroom was very clean too. They clean your room daily if you hang the sign outside to your doorknob which is very convenient.
The outside is great too with a garden where you can see apples, lemons, limes and more growing and it's far enough from the street so that you can sleep and chill in peace. All the people around the garden are very kind and I literally have nothing to complain about. Absolute must-stay for anyone asking me for a good and well-priced apartment.
P.S.: Probably interesting for some people: The small TV has no wifi compatibility but VGA, RCA, HDMI and SCART ports for nearly everything to connect, although most Laptop Screens while standing on the bed should give you better views as the TV is pretty small (maybe...
Read moreOh my gosh this place. We traveled for 2 months as a family to 7 countries and 10 cities. And this was probably one of the best accommodations we had. The balcony is jaw droppingly beautiful, calm, serene. There's definitely a vibe to this hotel that's so incredibly peaceful. It makes me smile just thinking about it.
The staff are incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. There was a guy from the hotel there, forget his name (sorry!) that let me WhatsApp him with any questions or requests. They set us up with a car (although the car company he recommended, which was the closest one to us, was untrustworthy and screwed us over). But that's not on him. Having his help and support meant the world to us. He was amazing.
The rooms are spacious and air conditioned. The bathroom is a bit cramped even for Europe but it's not like we spend a ton of time there. The location is perfect. It's a 3 min walk from the heart of town but it's still situated in a quiet part of it. It was an absolutely lovely experience staying here. I would recommend it to friends and stay here again in...
