⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable stay at Pers Suites in Skopelos!

We’ve just returned from the most incredible stay at Pers Suites and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we booked, Natasa was the most wonderful host—offering local tips on the best beaches, restaurants, and sights before we even arrived. She met us personally at the port and made us feel immediately welcome.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of four—modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing self-catering stay. The suites are also within easy walking distance to shops and the heart of Skopelos town (perfect if you don’t have mobility concerns).

One of the highlights was the beautiful welcome basket waiting for us on arrival—full of homemade jams, olives, biscuits (which our kids devoured instantly!), and more. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, we returned on our last day to another thoughtful surprise: a basket of freshly picked tomatoes, basil, olives, and dried chillies straight from the farm. It’s these personal touches that truly set Pers Suites apart.

We chose to book based on reviews about Natasa’s care and attention to her guests—and she still managed to exceed everything we had read. Her hospitality is genuine and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Oh—and don’t leave Skopelos without visiting Scoopelaki for the best sorbet in town. We couldn’t stay away… went back three times in two days!

Mold in the bathroom, no a/c in loft area (meaning 2 out of 5 family members could not sleep because of the heat), problematic a/c in living room which was fixed on the 4th day of our stay after contacting the owner twice.

My response to owner's reply which is unacceptable:

First, mold in the bathroom is a serious health concern, and it should not exist in any rental property. The fact that it was “taken care of” only after our departure does not change the fact that it was present during our stay.

Second, the loft had no air conditioning even though the property was listed as fully air conditioned ! A single fan — provided only after we reported the issue — was clearly insufficient for such a space.

Lastly, the living room A/C was noisy until it was replaced — but only on the fourth day of our stay, and after repeated follow-up.

We expected a higher standard of maintenance and responsiveness (the property is run-down). Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of our stay.

Our stay at Pera Skopelos was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning view. The location is ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing.

Natasa’s hospitality was outstanding; she truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift featuring local products, which was such a warm and personal touch. She also gave us excellent tips for walks, restaurants, beaches, and activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

There is also a convenient parking area, making it easy to explore the island by car. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation to the kindness and professionalism of the host.
