We've chosen Olia Thassos – Luxury Apartments three times over the past two years, and we will definitely return again. The location is absolutely perfect – exactly like in the pictures – with breathtaking mountain views and the peaceful sound of birds singing, creating a magical sense of calm.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a long and comfortable stay. Even when we visited off-season, the water in both the sea and the pool was at a pleasant temperature. The property is very well maintained, with daily housekeeping and fresh, high-quality cotton bed linens changed every day.

The apartments are very close to Africa Beach and Tarsanas Beach, both offering crystal-clear, calm waters – even when the wind picks up – making them ideal for families with children. A conveniently located Lidl supermarket is also nearby, with great prices.

The host is incredibly welcoming and responds quickly to messages. Once, we forgot our key card in the room, and the host came promptly to help us out. The property is also within walking distance from the town, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

A perfect home away from home

I've been coming to Olia Green Residence for 2 years now with my son and my wife, and every time we stay for a week. It truly feels like our own summer house. The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable — everything is spotless every single day. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always ready to chat and make you feel welcome.

The location is perfect: close to the center and markets, yet still peaceful and quiet. The pool is very well-maintained and the air is fresh and pleasant. For someone like me who prefers to cook and eat healthy while on vacation, the kitchen is equipped with everything I need — quality utensils, olive oil, even great cleaning supplies. It really makes all the difference.

We were also touched by the small welcome gifts in our room when we arrived — such a thoughtful gesture. Every day we felt cared for and appreciated. We spent wonderful moments together with the staff, and their warm hospitality made our stay extra special.

We will definitely come back every year — Olia has become our family's happy place.

Before check-in, guest service send emails and call to confirm my preference. The hotel has  swimming pool with waterfall, and kids swimming pool jacuzzi. The all Thassos beaches are very close to the hotel you can  walk to central beach Thassos you  can drive 2 minutes to La Scala beach and 5 minutes drive to Golden beach or marble beach Thassos. You  have very  close Walking distance all big supermarkets and all restaurants just  walk several  minutes.  I can  say we lived in a center of Limenas Thassos but in very quiet place. We have  two balcony . One is looking the Sea and second was with view Thassos montian and lovely garden of hotel arranged with green grass olive trees flowers and swimming pool and many pool lounger and garden lounger and marquee with table for outdoor dining . Two cleaners nonstop make a maintenance of garden like a watering or remove dust.  The hotel and garden and pool is very very  clean. I didn't even see any flies or mosquitoes. Nonstop people in reception asist you if you  need information or anything. This hotel have a good parking with light night time and shade from olive trees day time.
