Pretty good location: 3 minutes walking to one beach, 3 minutes walking to promenade, about 10 minutes walking to the wharf, 40 minutes walking to aqua park and mall. ||2. Rooms with balconies. There are table, chairs and umbrella on the balcony, it's very relaxing to sit there.||3. Kitchen: fridge, microwave, dishes - everything you need to have a breakfast or snacks.||4. Free private parking in the court. ||5. Gabi is very nice lady :)||On the other side:||1. Many things in bathroom and kitchen seem old.||2. Toilet has a defect: the water flows every 5 minutes. We had to turn it off just to avoid the noise at night.||3. The neighbor is building something. Actually it was not critical for us, there was no noise or dust, just several trucks in the street.||4. Balatonfüred a család szàmàra kihagyhatatlan ...csak akkor vagyunk gondban ha nem időben foglalunk , ugyanis máshova nem szeretne a csalàd menni csak a Hollik Apartmanhàzba . Közel az Eszterházy Strand , pár perc a Tagore sètâny , szobák (tisztàk , erkélyes) trendi bútorzat , tulajdonos házaspár annyira figyel az apróbb részletekre, nem volt ami hiányzott volna .kispárna, nagypàrna , kényelmes àgy , hajszàritó .Konyha jól felszerelt, bàrmièrt nyúltam mindent találtam. Vizforraló , kàvègêp kapszulâval , tea ,cukor , apróbb figyelmesség. Főzni szeretőknek edények. ! Csend , nyugalom , szèp környezetben , gyönyörű virâgokkal ,pàlmâkkal Udvarban parkolàsi lehetősèg. Házhoz tartozik kényelmes bútorokkal berendezett , nagyobb nyitott garàzsfèlesêg ahol beszélgetni hâtradőlni lehet , esetleg barátokat meghivni , rokont fogadni beszélgetni, közvetlen mellette kert .zöld környezet. Legtöbbször többen vagyunk , mondjuk lennt találkozunk, addig is kényelmesen ülve , tudunk várakozni. Management was very nice, warm helpful people. The room was quite nice. Better than average with a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was clean with a shower and no bath. There was no soap for the shower, otherwise very good. The location is excellent. No lake views or gardens but it is quiet and very close to Lake Balaton, restaurants and attractions.
