Fürjes Villa — Hotel in Balatonfüredi járás

This hotel was excellent value for money. It is situated on a quiet street but not far from the beach or the promenade. It's about 20-30 Minutes walk from the train and bus station and probably 15-20 Minutes from the town center. The staff is super nice as well and let me leave my luggage at the hotel so I could go and explore the town and lake. In addition to Hungarian they also speak English and German.||||I stayed in a double room on the bottom floor with a patio with two chairs and a small table. There was also a TV, which I didn't switch on, so, I have no idea what channels they provide you with. There's also a large wardrobe with full sized mirrored doors as well as a chest of drawers. There's also a small bedside table with a small drawer. The bed was super comfy with a huge and a small pillow, which is nice if you want to read before going to sleep. The bathroom was huge, with a shower, toilet and sink. They provide a large, medium and a small towel as well as a hair dryer. Everything was super clean and modern. Unfortunately, their free wifi wasn't working so well for me.||||Breakfast was also nice. They offer orange juice, different types of coffee and teas, orange juice, different kinds of cereal, different types of bread, various cheeses and cold cuts (I would have preferred maybe a slightly better quality of the meat), and cake. ||||I would definitely recommend this hotel and...

This was our first visit and it won't be our last. Our room was pretty perfect in every way - spacious enough, with a wall of glass looking onto our balcony and a glimpse of the lake. We had enough simple cooking utensils for the odd day when we wanted to stay in, and having a fridge was essential with such hot weather. The shower was super powerful and everything was very clean. The ceiling fan ensured we were nice and cool even though it was very hot. The breakfasts were simple, but healthy and there was plenty of it. The staff were very helpful and actioned our one request (extra pillows) straight away. The lake is within easy walking distance and the hotel down a nice quiet street with free parking. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but for our friends in another room it was perfect! WiFi worked...

I've been here in the "hotel" side. There is also a B&B across the road that is part of the same structure, so you can pick what is best for you.||The structure is nice, recent, furnished with all you need, in a neutral yet nice style.||The personnel is nice and you can speak English.||We've had some troubles with the WiFi connection during our stay, but they were happy to solve (at one point they allowed us to use their laptop).||The position is super-strategic, probably 150m away from the closest "strand" (even though i'd suggest to go to another one slightly...
