Beatrix was a very pleasant and friendly host along with her husband. Good location, not far from Tagore Promenade and 10 minutes from Balatonaracs (nearest station) and Aldi supermarket. Aldi supermarket was at the top of a hill so at least you only had to carry shopping down the hill!. However, the good Borcsa restaurant and other fast food places on Tagore Promenade were not far away. Accommodation came with a shared terrace and mosquito screen although fortunately did not encounter the pests anyway. Free wifi was good. Towels and kettle were provided on request. Minor quibble was that the terrace door was very tricky to open - probably needs a bit of a service. I was warned about it but hopefully it will be attended to...

0|This place is horrible!! ||Since we arrived the owner was so rude she did not even say hello...after she told us there was no booking under our name (it was) we called our travel agent who confirmed it was legit! When I went back she was even more rude and called her husband out. In the phone the agent was trying to help and the guy started to yell at me to get out! It was very nice...I left because I was still on the phone with the official help and I didn't want to be disrespectful. ||Later we just realized after the official confirmation they sold out twice the same room for other people!! This is disgusting and illegal!!||This story...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately we booked here with my husband thinking it’s nice enough, close to the beach. When we got there, it turned out they had no reservation for us. We thought ok, try to sort it out, but it was quiet unsettling that the woman was really rude from the first minute. We made a phone call with our booking agent who then wanted to talk to this woman. She refused and sent a man out who shouted at my husband to get out they have no place for us. Really, unbelievably rude and bad service!!! Don’t go there, it’s not even that nice.
