A lovely hotel with tiny, tiny rooms. I had a few troubles here, but nothing really serious. They just forgot to mention when I booked the room that the place is being renovated and there will be a team of masons working on the balcony of my room, plastering the wall on the other side of my window. At least they were decent enough NOT to start working early next morning, but on the day of my arrival they kept on making big noise till 6 pm. Not nice.

Also, I was shocked to discover that the apartment next door shared a water drain hole with my bathroom: there was an opening cut just above the floor, above the drain, where I could hear people tampering in the other bathroom. Then I could also see a bucketful of water (?) sloshed onto the drain, half of which ended up on my side. I yelled at the wall, asking the neighbor to stop flooding me, but all I got was just some grumpy growling. I was just too tired to walk downstairs and throw a tantrum. Stuffed one of the towels into the opening and left it at that. I am not sure it was another guest or a cleaning lady.

Otherwise the place was okay, the owner and the staff was kind. I also tried the restaurant and had some gorgeous food at a friendly price. Breakfast was also fine. The restaurant is a bit oldschool but cozy. There are two cats guarding the entrance to the yard. I will return here after they finish renovation and will ask for a bigger room and then report back. I think this place deserves it. For now I only give them 3 stars for not being honest about...

Borzasztó élmény volt, és senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a helyet.

Már a megérkezésünkor volt egy kisebb félreértés az árgaranciával kapcsolatban: amikor láttuk, hogy a szállás ára a foglalás után csökkent, azt hittük, hogy élhetünk a Booking árgarancia opciójával. Később kiderült, hogy ez csak akkor érvényes, ha a fizetés a Bookingon keresztül történik. Ez a mi tévedésünk, amit elfogadtunk. A problémát nem is ez jelentette, hanem az, ahogy ezt a teljesen normálisan érdeklődően feltett kérdést kezelték. A vörös hajú tulajdonos nő, lekezelően, arrogánsan, sőt, undorító stílusban válaszolt, teljesen indokolatlan módon. Ez már a legelején egy nagyon rossz érzést keltett bennünk.

A szoba érkezéskor mocskos volt, vastagon állt a por a padlón még ott is, ahová nem is léptünk még. A por olyan rétegekben állt a padlón, hogy amikor végighúztuk rajta a kezünket olyan érzésünk volt, mintha egy kinti járdaszegélyt simítanánk végig. Szóltunk a recepción és fel is jöttek takarítani, felporszívózni, de utána is poros volt. A sarkokban, ágy alatt, mindenhol.

A barátom 10-15 pókot ölt meg rögtön az elején, amire az volt a válasza a recepciósnak, hogy “nincs szúnyogháló, ezért jönnek be.” De ennyi pók nem jön csak úgy be a szellőztetés alatt. Ráadásul a fürdőben is voltak pókok, pedig oda nem jön be semmi az ablakon, mivel nincs is.

A szekrény használhatatlan, egy darab polc volt benne, azonkívűl csak akasztós és máshol sincs hová pakolni. A fürdőszoba elrendezése is szörnyen kényelmetlen volt. Kettő opció közül lehet választani: vagy átpréseled magad a zuhany és a fürdőajtó között vagy pedig bemész a fürdőbe, becsukod az ajtót és úgy hozzáférsz a zuhanyhoz és wchez. Arról ne is álmodjon bárki hogy nyitott ajtóval mos kezet vagy áll a tükör elé.

Mindezektől besokaltunk és úgy döntöttúk ott hagyjuk a szállást. Szerencsére nem fizettünk még, pedig érkezéskor várják el, ugyanis a kicheckoláskor azért nem lehet, mert nincs ott recepciós, mert csak délután dolgozik.

Lementünk a recepcióhoz jelezni a problémákat. Ott volt a vörös hajú tulajdonosnő is, aki már messziről gúnyosan és agresszíven kérdezte, hogy „na, már megint mi a bajotok?” Teljesen lekezelő, arrogáns stílusban beszélt velünk, mindent tagadott és úgy viselkedett, mintha hazudnánk.

Jött aztán egy karbantartószerű férfi is, aki feljött a szobába, hogy megnézze a panaszunkat. Mikor megmutattuk a vastag port a padlón, a férfi személyeskedni kezdett, azt mondta, hogy ez a por normális, meg ha a mi otthonunkba eljönne akkor se lenne biztos patikarend. Gúnyos, tiszteletlen hangnemben próbált meg kioktatni minket, mintha mi lennénk a túl érzékeny vendégek, akik elvárják, hogy egy szálláson ne kelljen koszban és pókhálóban aludni.

Mikor szóba került, hogy a barátom tucatnyi pókot ölt meg, azt is kizártnak tartották, úgy csináltak, mintha kitaláltuk volna az egészet. A viselkedésük minden szinten vállalhatatlan volt: arrogancia, tagadás, gúnyolódás, semmibe vétel.

Végül, miután látták, hogy ragaszkodunk az álláspontunkhoz, és hogy nem fogunk fizetni ilyen körülmények között, törölték a foglalást, és eljöttünk. Szerencsére egy sokkal jobb, tiszta és barátságos...

My wife and I spent 5 days in an excellent hotel-pansion. We were accommodated in double room number 4. The room is not large but it is quite comfortable. The bathroom is small, but very functional with all the contents. The hotel's cleanliness is perfect. The service could be a little better. At the reception there is no permanent receptionist, but the restaurant in the basement always has staff. A buffet breakfast is perfect and serves in the restaurant. Always offers meat products, eggs prepared in all ways. Within the pension there is a restaurant where excellent dishes are prepared at average prices. I recommend a 3-euro daily menu. The hotel is in a good location about 12 minutes walk from the center. It is located in a quiet area. Sound insulation between rooms is not the best. Parking in front of the hotel is charged, but 200m away is free parking zone. The Internet is great. I highly...
