Hotel Jaas — Hotel in Agastheeswaram

Let’s talk about good things first.

Very close to tourist attractions and public transportation. They let us to check in before checkin time on agreement that we will check out early. Room was clean

Bad thinks I felt.

They don’t know how to handle customers well. They refused to give WiFi passwords and said it’s not working. Thane I searched for available networks I saw their wifi name. After the argument, they said coverage is less, that is Why they don’t want to give password. They were right somehow on this because other corner of the room don’t have enough coverage.

On the day of checkin I turned on geyser and waited for one hour for hot water. There was no indicator on the switch to identify, geyser is in function or not. After I raised this concern to reception, they said they have another switch for geyser...

My experience

Plus points :

Extraordinary hotel with good and clean. Near to temple and rock memorial point and beach's beds and AC and toilet everything is perfect. Room boy is there for laggage lifting. Drinking water is available and staff will explain you the list of view points and timings.

Negative points :

WiFi they won't ready to provide if they provide also you won't get proper wifi. Bathroom geyser, we can't understand is it working or not the switch will be on reception side. If required u need to tell them. Inside room phone is available but it won't connect to reception. Staff will be less so sometimes they won't respond you.

Finally hotel is with reasonable prices so you can adjust with some points but overall it's good to stay with...

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel JAAS in Kanyakumari. The check-in process was smooth, and the Uncle's fluent Hindi/English (at reception ) made communication easy. The room, while on the smaller side, was clean and well-ventilated through the window. The AC worked perfectly, and essential amenities like soap and towels were provided.

One of the best things about this hotel is its prime location; it's within walking distance of all the attractions in Kanyakumari and has plenty of eateries nearby. Getting autos is also convenient, and the presence of RO water is a nice touch. The small lift was a lifesaver, especially since our room was on the 2nd floor.
